Sirope Brunch — Restaurant in Castelló de la Plana

Sirope is a great place, we visited it twice and now it is a place to go in Castellón for us. That was the best americano probably we've ever tried. Usually we don't drink americano, but there its flavourful and not bitter. There is a very good selection of snack bites and desserts. We've tried mostly snacks, bocadillos and croissants are delicious, but cakes and pies look gorgeous as well. We didn't try breakfast and lunch menu as visited a bit late for it, but I expect it to be on the same really good level. Our orders very served really fast. Staff there is very nice and friendly. I really love the look and and feel of the place, very modern and homey at the same time.

Theres is a great selection of sweets and savory options in the menus. Cakes and croissants of different varieties are always a good choice.

Teas, coffees, green juice, iced drinks are among the beverage options.

They have breakfast menu options, and the prices are very affordable.

The staff is nice and helpful. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because some of the products I've had like cookies sometimes fell old/stale.

Es el tipo de local que toma nota del encargo de una tarta para un cumpleaños y apuntan mal el día. Llega el día de recoger la tarta y ¡vaya! nos hemos equivocado de día…El chico que nos atendió intentó solapar el error cometido por otra trabajadora, pero ya era tarde para eso. Os habéis caído del pedestal en el que os había puesto, bastante patético el error y penoso el servicio. Y por descontado que no voy a volver a pensar en encargaros ninguna tarta más para ninguna ocasión especial que se me presente porque lo de hoy ha sido vergonzoso e injustificado.

Buena suerte buscando una respuesta agradable a esto, ya que no tenéis forma de enmendar el ridículo que habéis hecho.

Y por supuesto que respondo a vuestro intento de ridiculizar a un cliente INSATISFECHO: no podéis negarle a un cliente la tarta de su cumpleaños por un error humano y pretender que se contente con lo que VOSOTROS creéis que es SUFICIENTE. Tampoco podéis tener tan poco en cuenta lo que un cliente decepcionado opina de cómo gestionasteis su pedido. Y por supuesto que no os imagináis lo que es buscar un tarta un sábado a las 17:00. Lo que hubiera estado bien, por otra parte, hubiera sido tomar una simple nota bien, recibir la tarta del tamaño y sabor que pedí y que esta reseña no estuviera tan cargada de “rencor”. Siento disgustarme por tener invitados y no poder llevar a mi mesa una de vuestras tartas. Ya he aprendido la lección, no contaré en el futuro con vosotros.
