Exceptional food and exceptional service, we were made to feel very welcome. The food is delicious,, rarely do you find a place where the service matches the food- simply fantastic. The atmosphere was sublime, the perfect dining experience with fantastic music playing in the background for a truly wonderful experience. The host and staff went the extra mile to make sure each and every customer was welcomed, appreciated and happy with the food and service they received, you can tell they really value their customers. We were so thrilled with our first experience at this restaurant that we have booked to come here again a few days later for my fiancés birthday. Average food, high prices. Not value for money. Not recommended. A bottle of an ordinary white wine Torres Viña Sol, retail price less than 5 Euros, is proposed @19.50€... a bottle of plain water 3.50... 10x "Gamba grande a la plancha", actually just average size, 28€. The cod with hazelnut "Bacalao con costrada de avellanas" @19.50 € and the pepper steak "Entrecot a la pimienta" @20.90 € were just fine. The "Paletilla de cordero al horno con miel y verduras" @23.50 € not even worth to be mentioned. Thats the 2nd restaurant we went on our trip, with first being Trevi(already reviewed), so expectations were a bit high. Service was great, the man really tried help us have a table even if we didn't reserved, which is a must in cala Galdana. Nice decor and atmosphere you get the seaside restaurant vibe, with a lobster tank at the back. Food wise though was a little less than expected, we ordered 5 tapas only the octopus was delicious and the fried baby squid. The stuffed aubergine is a bit blunt, tasteless, and then bread with iberico definetely overpriced with a big slice of bread, tomato grated with a few pieces iberico on top.
