I was incredibly disappointed to have been charged over 30 euros for 8 tiny tiny prawns! I was told that the cost for these is normal at the time. I mean we ate prawns and all sorts of delicious sea food around menorca our entire holiday and costs were no where near that. I was horrified
I guess this is what you get when you don't ask for the rate! Our big mistake.

Hi again, I think you are mistaken about who you think we are. We visited restaurant on the night of 9th July, we sat on the terrace and we were comfortable, right up until I saw the price for those prawns. I've never felt more ripped off in my life. Please tell people the price of prawns next time. I would never everrrrr ever pay €4 + for 1 tiny prawn.
Like I said, we were surprised with the price because we ate seafood or entire trip and not once were we over charged like...

Service was pleasant but felt a little ignored as we were right at the back - stick the underdressed tattooed man out the way of the windows (joking, kind of). When our mains came, our drinks were empty and not only we didn't get asked for more, the waitress went off ao quick to the kitchen it took us until we'd finished to get another one. They knew their stuff about gluten free and menu was well marked, but the selection of deserts left a lot to be desired, literally just ice cream as their version of crema catalana (usually a safe gf bet in Spain) was a caramel sauce version using wheat flour. Still excellent value for money for the quality...

They also misadvertise - what they describe as 'lamb shoulder' in the English menu is actually goat meat in the Spanish menu. Worst is that the waiters asks if everything ok but then ignore you if the answer is anything other than ok - so why ask in the first place? However the dishes were nice and they had a couple of good touches such as canapes at the beginning and digestive at the end. (I downgraded the restaurant from 2 star to 1 star after reading the owner's comments - seems to have totally missed the point and I don't believe the story about translations. Put in 'goat' in Google translate and I guarantee it won't come...
