Fried anchovies were very fresh but not salty enough, so put more salt in the flour. The little prawns in garlic and oil were again fresh but tasted like burned garlic, so put the garlic last. The grilled prawns at the end were again very fresh and tender, but on the verge of being too salty. The only thing that was cooked to perfection were the fried baby calamari. These small touches can make a big difference in what this restaurant has to offer. Five stars as this restaurant has a great potential!
