Restaurant Water Park — Restaurant in Ciutadella

Awful service. Theres a waiter with a huge chip on his shoulder; he made us feel very unwelcome and like we were putting him out...we didnt even order food, just called for a few drinks and to watch the football whilst the children had a play in the play area. He was very rude, kept ignoring us when we tried to get his attention to order more drinks. He actually moved a screen on wheels in front of the tv at one point when it was quite obvious my husband was watching the match..my husband then had to move it! We asked for the bill three times and he didnt bring it to us but instead shuffled tables and chairs around (trying to look busy). In the end I had to take the money over to him to pay as we had been waiting to leave for over 15 minutes. Working in a restraunt requires people skills and a friendly nature..this man does not possess either; he should find a different job or re-think his attitude because it...

Un sitio regular, no es acogedor. Podría ir bien para ir con los niños si no fuera peligroso o más bien si la jefa fuera otra persona, más amable, mejor educada y que diera más atención a la seguridad de los niños que juegan en los hinchables y en las colchonetas. El personal en general es lento, algunos camareros no son nada amables. Ayer fuimos allí con mi hija para ver que tal, mientras esperamos un rato largo que nos cobraran ella fue para bajar la última vez desde la “tirulina” que tiene allí, de repente me llaman un señor y una señora que estuvieron justo al lado de la tirulina, me doy vuelta y veo que mi hija está buscando aliento y ahogandose. Resulta que la superficie (los colchones de plástico, que no son muy suaves) por debajo estaba mojada, supongo que por la humedad que viene desde el parque aquatico, aunque los hinchables no estuvieron mojados. Mi hija empezo a subir arriba y resbaló allí, se cayó y se golpeó muy fuerte con el cóccix y con la espalda. La cogí a las manos y la lleve a otro lugar para tumbarla para que pueda respirar. Vino la camarera que me tuvo que cobrar, una chica nueva allí que fue muy amable, nos pregunto que pasó, empezó a pedir pardón y más tarde salió la jefa, una persona antipática y maleducada. Salió y se paró para hablar con algunas mujeres y para mirar como la camarera con las mantas estaba intentando secar la superficie. Cuando empezamos a ir nos, se acercó y pregunto a mi hija que todavía estaba llorando: “Are you okey?”. Le contesté, que se veía que no estaba nada bien mi hija, que ellos tienen instalación en mal estado, que lo primero que tuvo que hacer es venir y pedir perdón a la niña en vez de hablar sonriendose con otras personas un buen rato. Y esta mujer me dijo que no tiene ella ninguna culpa, que las colchonetas estaban mojadas, que la culpa es de la humedad, y repitió varias veces en voz alta “HU-ME-DAD”, ya todo el restaurante nos estaba mirando y yo no quise seguir discutiendo con una anciana del pueblo. hora me arrepiento mucho que no le dije que si tiene tanta HU-ME-DAD allí, hasta tener PE-LI-GRO tiene que por la tarde tener CER-RA-DA esta instalación. Pero, claro, si lo hace, va a tener menos interes por que justo enfrente hay un bar más bueno donde hay todo lo mismo para los niños y que incluso es mucho más barato. Y me arrepiento mucho que no llamé a la policia directamente desde allí y no denuncié al restaurante junto con ella! Espero que la quiten desde su puesto y que hable de la humedad...

The food was under average at best the childs play area was mostly ok but totally unsupervised I felt my kids were ok until my oldest daughter aged 4 was able to hold on to a large mechanical Bart Simpson head that's mouth opened and closed rising her 10+ feet in the air till she couldn't hold on any more the staff immediately gave her a lolly but never seemed to bother I asked to pay the bill and had to eventually go to the desk where they tried to give me free drinks I never asked for it seemed as if they knew this shouldn't have happened and tried to buy me off with two random drinks not good enough the inflatable thing should be looked at by a professional able to assess...
