Food and service was great until dessert.

The smash burger was amazing!! We came a second time as the rest of our group wanted to try it. Our waiter both nights was great, he was very attentive and shook all our hands at the end of our meals!

We ordered a crème brûlée and it was not good. It tasted burnt and the texture was off, curdle like. Everything else was great so I wasn’t annoyed it was just a shame.

A waiter came up to us as we were searching for someone to speak to and he came over with a very defensive position as I assume he had watched us taste the dessert. He was very condescending to me when I explained what was wrong and when I said the dessert tasted burnt he bluntly told us “it is cold”. He never apologised and looked very annoyed at us. They did take it off the bill which I appreciated. But I was very offended with the way I was spoken to. I assume the man who came over to us is the owner due to the rude replies he’s made on other reviews…

Highly recommend! This was the first restaurant that we tried at the start of our 10 day holiday. Food was delicious- my prawn and baratta salad was perfect with the prawns tasting so sweet and fresh. My partner had a goats cheese and truffle mayo smash burger and he said it’s the best burger he’s ever had. We spent the rest of our holiday trying lots of different restaurants but none of them lived up to this one. We returned at the end of our holiday and shared a chicken paella and it was amazing! Homemade and perfectly cooked. They even had healthier options for children - my 18 month old had grilled sea bass, unlike the other restaurants who only seem to serve chicken nuggets and hot dogs. The service has been amazing with such friendly and polite staff and we can’t wait to come...

La verdad es que no suelo responder al propietario, pero en esta ocasión creo que es mi deber hacerlo, porque mi reseña de la semana pasada fue la adecuada al trato recibido en su casa. Es más, debo decirle que cuando una persona se va de su casa a disgusto el problema es suyo y lo adecuado y sensato no es achacar al comensal falta de sensatez, sino pedir perdón, mirar que ha fallado y poner remedio para que no vuelva a pasar. Al fin y al cabo ud. regenta un restaurante y de ese establecimiento dependen personas que trabajan en él y que no son responsables de sus decisiones. En consecuencia no solo mantengo el contenido de mi reseña, además, reitero que en su casa tuve una de las peores experiencias como comensal y le bajo una estrella por mala educación. Está es la reseña: Muy mala experiencia en este establecimiento. Fuimos un sábado a cenar y realmente salimos muy decepcionados con las cantidades de los platos. Pedimos unas almejas en salsa verde para compartir. La salsa estaba buena pero almejas escasas y japonesas. A euro cada una. Mi acompañante pidió unas gambas al ajillo que o se quemaba la boca o se quemaban los ajos, al final tuvo que sacarlos de la tartera de barro porque se quemaba todo. Y yo pedí Magreb de pato. Dos pedazitos de nada con mucha composición y poca sintonía. En cualquier sitio serían 2 pintxos de a 3 euros cada uno. He visto que otras personas ha tenido buena experiencia con los arroces, quizás lo mejor, si van a este establecimiento, es no salirse del arroz, eso sí...
