Park Aire — Restaurant in Ciutadella

The restaurant is clearly, undoubtly, a tourist trap. We had the "recommended" (by the menu) Spanish parrillada. A choice of very cheap and bland meat cuts overcooked in a pan, in fact. Very far from an expected barbecue experience. The owner clearly does not care anymore: he does not make any effort, does not care about food quality, and sits behind the desk while letting the courageous lonely energetic waitress doing all of the job, despite many clients waiting for their orders/bills. Please cross the street and try the parrillada from the water park restaurant: served on an actual barbecue with actual charcoal, the meats are juicy and delicious over there. Park Aire must be avoided...

Many years on the island, sometimes twice a year...Park Aire & its staff are 2nd to none, go to great lengths for you to enjoy your visit each time. Catering to all tastebuds & certainly appealing to the pocket😉 Food is delicious, every time. The breakfast menu provides genuine 'british' pork sausages & bacon, beans & Mugs of Tetley tea. they even have HP Brown & Heinz Tomato sauces Menu choices are never short with daily Specials nights, to include a wine/beer & delicious homemade dessert. The drinks are plentiful & made to perfection, even to our 'take-away' assorted coffee requests (not really a big trend...

Came in on the last day of our holiday. Staff were really rude. Only came in for a few drinks whilst the kids were playing and asked for a drink menu. We’re practically shouted at and told they were not serving food until 7. I politely said we only wanted drinks and the older man behind the bar just pointed at the drink menu. A lady with short hair then came over to take our drink order. The kids wanted milkshakes. She abruptly told us there was no milkshakes or cocktails been served today.
