Wow!!! Just wow!! This restaurant is phenomenal! If you're looking for a break from the typical Spanish flavors in the area, this is the place to go. While the menu is small, the flavors are BIG BIG BIG! The services was also impeccable! The woman who served us was full of smiles and patience explaining menu items to us. We had three dishes, the tuna tartare, chop suey, and a pork plate. All were truly amazing and distinct. The tuna tartare was fresh and packed with flavor. The chop suey was not at all traditional and made with zucchini noodles, but came in a creamy delicate sauce. Finally the last, the thinly sliced pork dish was rich and nutty. The Asian influence is readily apparent, but we loved how they created new flavors in the fusion. Finally my husband order the chocolate ice cream. It had broken cone chunks on top and a shot of Bailey's they poured over once at the table. It became almost like a cereal! But a very delicious adult version. We can't recommend this restaurant enough! Be open minded, don't expect traditional Spanish flavors, and you'll love it. Expand...

We have never experienced anything quite like Olea. The combinations, attention to detail, quality of the service were exquisite and truly sublime. The presa ibérico literally melted and created a sensation on our pallet quite like no other. We also ordered the causa limeña and OMG. This chef is quite literally a wizard with his abilities to combine what could be deemed unusual items, that just create the perfect dish, each and every time. We salute you !!! We were blown away and will be returning to experience this ‘out of this world’ restaurant as...

Somewhat disappointing. After seeing the high review scores I went here with high expectations and ended up with disappointing feelings: Small menu with little choice and all strange dishes Small portions Presentation of food is nice, but the most important most dishes just didn’t taste good. Only the calamar and cheese cake were good dishes, but not exceptional in my opinion. Not fresh and hard bread, even cheaper bars in Cuenca serve fresh bread the whole day. Service is friendly...

I looked for a nice restaurant with a Bib gourmand and found Olea Comedor. When i was there, the staff don't know about their Bib gourmand status...quit bizar. Anyway, the food was excellent. Specially the cow cheek was super super tender.. I love that meet so much, and this was really one of the best ever. The atmosphere was not my favorite... Screaming children, people using their telephones load. But the interior was very nice, with the green colored chains on the walls.
