BEN´S BURGER — Restaurant in Dénia

Hey, so I have reviewed and tried numerous burger joints in our lovely little Denia town. I gotta say that having a go-to good burger that hits the spot is a great thing. And they nailed it! The beef was cooked perfectly. I would rate it one of the best here. From a foodie POV the only thing that was not there was an acid- like a pickle or a bitter green veg. That would haver put it over the top.

Some folks reviewing say that it's a little pricey, but if you want to get quality you get what you pay for. Ben's would get 6 stars if they had sweet potato fries! Maybe that'll be on the menu next time! Great American style burger, I...

Went here last week with the family and it was really poor food and terrible customer service. My daughter and I had a burger each, it was bloody when we cut into it and had to be redone. Her burger was covered in sloppy cheese and inedible. The guy who was our waiter must be the most miserable person in Denia, he was snappy, unhelpful and never asked whether we wanted additional drinks or how the meal was, if you want to behave in an abrupt manner, get another job which is not customer facing as you will never get returning customers The entire experience was...

Vamos a poner una opinión sincera sobre nuestra visita por el restaurante (hemos visto de todo en las opiniones). La comida estaba buenísima, tanto la hamburguesa como las patatas estaba muy buenas. La hamburguesa estaba jugosa y sabrosa y sólo con el olor se notaba que era carne de calidad, el pan buenísimo también. En cuanto a la hamburguesa, una de las mejores de Denia. El servicio es muy bueno también y nos avisaron que iban a tardar un poco porque había mucha gente, así que sin problema y es algo que se puede entender, ya que tampoco fue algo exagerado. Lo malo, el precio, muy caro. Las hamburguesas cuestan entre 13-15 euros pero no incluye las patatas, y estas vale 3 euros extra (es verdad que trae bastante y con una ración para 2 está bien). Si dentro del precio de la hamburguesa incluyese las patatas, el precio no sería un problema. Nos gastamos 37 euros, con bebida, las hamburguesas y una ración de patatas (sin entrantes ni postre). También hay que destacar el tema del extractor, estábamos fuera cenando y se veía como salía "humo" por la comida de la puerta del local constantemente, para nosotros no fue una molestia porque estábamos bastante lejos de la entrada, pero igual a alguien le puede llegar a molestar. En el interior no se sentía olor ni se veía humo. Como conclusión, la hamburguesa nada que mejorar, sólo ajustar un poco más el precio. Nosotros volveríamos sin problema pero si el precio fuese más ajustado iríamos...
