This is one of many restaurants along the Denia main coast road. I would not go in the height of summer, but out of season, they can be perfect. We had not been to Luz de la Luna before and we will definitely be back! The menu de dia offered three starters, a main course, and a dessert for 16E. It was all home-cooked and better than average. The three starters were Russian salad with some tuna (not my preference in general but it was fine, really good bread), homemade croquettes, VERY nice, and those tiny clams - tellerines. I don't usually eat them but they were tender and with lots of green olive oil. There was a choice of four main courses: pork, cod, and two rice dishes. The pork was tender and the chips hot and crispy. The cod was a thick slice of fresh fish. You would pay 16E for the main course alone in most places. The dessert was a chocolate brownie. There was no wind and we sat outside, with a sea glimpse, friendly waiter, and it...

If i could give no stars I would. We waited a long time for our food only for our starters and mains to be bought up together and they didn't seem to understand why we didn't want it all together. The was a problem with one of the mains and it had to be send back but it took speaking to three different people before it was finally sorted. I ordered a sex on the beach but that is definitely not what I got there was a lot of ice and a light orange in colour but had no orange juice in it or cranberry juice I am not even sure what alcohol if any it had but was not peach schnapps or vodka. It tasted perfume/chemically and everyone I was with said the same. I have has cocktails in many different places and never had something so bad only had a few slips. When was asked why I hadn't drunk it said it wasnt good and the waitress pretty shrugged her shoulders. Its a shame because the...

Such a beautiful place to eat. The atmosphere was amazing and the location is lovely just along the seafront. We had the vegetable paella and it was stunning. So full of flavour and beautifully cooked vegetables such as courgette, peppers, butter beans and sugar snapped peas. Was truly delectable. The service was wonderful and we felt very welcome. Both the male and female member of staff tried so hard to accommodate us as English speakers. I would definitely recommend this and it was fairly priced compared to other...
