OKish brunch with a good and pink atmosphere, good for meeting with your friends for a casual catch up! The sweet potatoes are frozen (not freshly cut) and the eggs were not correctly cooked.
The review would be higher, BUT they tried cheating on me. I saw the restaurant in the EDENRED application and I asked them if they accepted it. At the beginning they all said that they didn't know what I was talking about, but apparently after speaking with the manager, they said better not to use it. I asked them why they are advertised in the application if they do not accept it, but they didn't know or they didn't want to say.
Since I had no cash on me, when paying, I used the EDENRED card and it went through with no problem. They then asked me if I used it because it is complicated for them to get paid, etc etc. That is TERRIBLE.
I told them not to get the EDENRED advertisement if they don't want to accept it. Stop excuses. If you advertise your restaurant in the application, you have to accept their rules. If not, remove yourself and indicate it clearly in the restaurant that you do not accept it. Do not blame the customers for your bad management. That is 100% on you; acknowledge your mistakes and fix them, but do not blame customers (that doesn't even deserve 1 star).
Also, invest in some menus in English, it would make life easier for non...
(IN ENGLISH) The place is nicely decorated, clean and tidy. The pancakes weren't bad, but the scrambled eggs arrived cold. On the other hand, one person who came with us is vegetarian and wanted something (Açaí) that was on the menu but they told us that they didn't have it. We asked for something else (Croissant XXL) and they didn't have it either. She asked for a brioche which had avocado, eggs and bacon but she asked if she could remove the eggs and bacon and add tomato, that she had no problem paying the supplement and was told no. No other options. Another friend asked for among other things an orange juice and they brought her an orange Fanta. That I understand was misunderstood. My wife had to ask another waitress for butter because the one we got wouldn't bring it to us. However, what prevents me from giving it more stars is the treatment of one of the waitresses in particular. It seemed that she only knew how to say no, she didn't smile, it seemed at all times that we were bothering her. We noticed when she was serving other customers that she had the same look on her face. In the end we had to call the manager (wich at the end was not the manager but the only waitress that spoke English) (I was translating everything for them) and she explained the options we had, although they couldn't agree to serve us the brioche with avocado and tomato. Summary. Nice place, a bit expensive for the quality they serve and a place with things on the menu that they don't serve. They are a bit closed in the options they have for people with special dietary needs, and the treatment was bad by one of the waitresses. The rest of them were nicer. Thanks to them I give it 3 stars. I don't think...
Read moreThe worst service in the world. The food was cold and we ordered orange juice and was given Fanta orange soda. We asked for water and never received it, asked 3 times. I wanted the brioche toast that came with eggs Benedict and bacon, so I asked could we take the eggs and bacon off or put on the side because I am vegetarian and she said No! (RBF). She forgot the butter for the pancakes and brought the eggs with the pancakes cold as ice. When asked could she have hot eggs and butter, they microwaved the eggs to rubber and still forgot the butter. The worst part was when we asked to speak with the manager another server came over pretending to be the manager, although very nice and polite, she explained that the kitchen didn’t allow any changes and wouldn’t remove the eggs even though I am allergic to them. When paying to leave, she revealed that she wasn’t the manager. Appalling! Flamingo do better! Pretty building great website poor...
