TGB - The Good Burger — Restaurant in Elx / Elche

The sweet potato fries were soft and bland—I understand it's difficult to make them well, but if they can't be done right, they shouldn't be on the menu. The chicken wings, although covered in a nice sauce, had meat that was chewy, and worse, one was raw inside! The meal's main attraction should have been the burger (I ordered the blue cheese burger), but it was a letdown. The bun was compressed and rubbery. While the patty appeared to be made of decent quality meat, it was completely under-seasoned and lacked flavor. There was hardly any sauce and very little cheese, making for a dry burger. My vegan burger called a chickenless burger, the only vegetarian burger option, was almost passable, except for the lingering aftertaste of flavour-boosting additive. Also, the burger was super-crispy, as in deep-fried and was made of an indeterminate substance. However, my dog adored the bit that I accidentally dropped. Que triste y que pena. Ya probé un TGB antes y estaba mucho mejor pero ya se han caído al suelo o más abajo aún.

Otros tontos que siguen una moda patética sin pensar en el resultado - ponen sus hamburguesas en pan dulce de desayuno francés en ves de un pan para hamburguesas!!! 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ (brioche - completamente y absolutamente REPUGNANTE e INCORRECTO mezclarlo con el salado) 🤮🤮🤮

Tuve que tirar el pan y ensuciarme comiendo una hamburguesa suelta sin pan 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ que ridículo de verdad! Encima ya se contaminó todo el sabor del resto, dando un toque dulce y asqueroso la hamburguesa 🥺☹️☹️☹️

Pedí patatas fritas, lo que me daban fue brutalmente sobre cocidos, duros y no detecte ninguna relación a ninguna patata - solo sabor de aceite sucia. 🤮🤮🤮

Además, las pedí con extra sal y me las daban con exactamente CERO sal. Esto demuestra cuanto les importan sus clientes! 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Sólo comí 4 de estos "palos duros" de "(no)patatas" y no pude más, las tiré a la basura.

Que pérdida de dinero y tiempo. Me he quedado muy asqueado pero con hambre para cenar algo DIGNO.
