I had one of the worst experiences in my life here. Rude people, lazy staff, terrible food and the drinks are hot, while the paella was cold. I had to call the police because they refused to give us the complaint book. A strange environment, with a xenophobic attitude towards non blond, neither northern European clients. We reported it to the police also, as we were insulted four our ethnicity. Of course, we will keep going with legal measures, as no one in Spain must be mistreated due to racism/xenophobia. Everything is reported to Policia Local, Policia Nacional and Junta de Andalucía. The environment is totally non appropriate to families. Drunk people, loud music, a strange vibe of a night club in the air. You can find some characters, like the manager (a bold gentleman, that claims to be from Austria) and some of his "friends" (an Eastern European lady that was entertaining the clients around), that could easily be in a Borat movie due to their crazy behaviour. Just stay away. Don't waiste your money with people that give our beloved Costa del...
Read moreLolailo used to be our favorite spot since 2020. Over the past five years, we spent many wonderful days on the “square sun bed,” always reserving our favorite one.
During the last year, however, we’ve noticed a steady decline in the quality of service, which culminated during our most recent visit. Despite having made our reservation in person the day before, the staff allowed other guests to take our spot — apparently to make up for a mistake they had made with those guests the previous day.
Our protests and disagreement made no difference. We received no apology, no sign of regret, and no compensation. The final straw was the owner’s so-called apology: “We’ll do better next time.”
Well, no — there won’t be a next time. You don’t value your customers, and we’ll be voting with our wallets elsewhere. Fortunately, three promising new chiringuitos have opened on...
Read moreThe restaurant is not in Ibiza! The prices are crazy high. They bring you bread also and charge you €6 on your bill, when I questioned what the food item was, the waiter said it’s bread, I said I did not order it and it was brought to our table and put down like all other restaurants do complimentary. He said it’s what we do! Bad behaviour. Also tried to make me order 3 bottles of water when I said 1 would be okay. Average food, and poor food if you take into consideration the price, overall scam behaviour and the bread scam. Not good service Overpriced It is not Ibiza Average beach Totally disappointing behaviour after many weeks in Ibiza being treated well and feeling value for money with quality and service, here is certainly not! Also no prices on the ice...
