Mini Thai restaurant — Restaurant in Estepona

I really wanted to give a higher rating to this place but I went with three stars mainly because:

Staff is not very personable. It wouldn’t be bad to smile a bit more or engage with your clients.

This is a place mainly for takeaway but they don’t add napkins or utensils in your bag so if I’m planning to eat my meal a block over seating by the beach, I can’t.

Street Thai food is never this high priced. I come from the USA and even there Thai food is cheaper. I could understand if they even had seating indoors but it’s a simple takeaway.

Food is not bad but not so authentic either. Many plates have their meat breaded and friend. Their curry (yellow) has a very weird smell and taste and it’s extremely oily.

I went there last night for dinner with my boyfriend and a friend. We sat outside and were served without an issue although it was only 30min before closing. We ordered 2 starters, 2 coconut soups (chicken/prawns) and a red veggie curry. The place looks authentic, everything was very tasty and looked fresh. I often get stomach issues, especially when eating out but yesterday was good so to me that's a proof they care about the food freshness and higiene ;). We paid about 43€ for the food +2 bottles of water, which was ok considering the food quality and the service but small quantities on the other hand (especially the soups). Anyway, I recommend it and would go back to eat the coconut soups again and try...

It used to be a nice place, but now it’s absolutely terrible. The food is drenched in oil and completely unappetizing. The service is shockingly rude, not friendly at all, arrogant and dismissive. Two guys working there were extremely unfriendly, rude, and cocky, acting as if we were bothering them instead of being paying customers. When we mentioned something, their response was basically: “we have plenty of customers.” Without a doubt, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. Definitely not...
