I've had the pleasure of dining at many restaurants around the world, but Restaurante La Finca in Cancelada stands out as a truly unforgettable experience. Quite simply, it was the best meal I've had in years.

From the moment I stepped inside, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth and elegance. The rustic charm of the decor, combined with the attentive yet unobtrusive service, created the perfect setting for a memorable evening. The idyllic location, nestled amidst the rolling hills of Andalusia, added an extra layer of enchantment to the experience.

But the true star of the show was the food. Each dish was a masterpiece, a symphony of flavors and textures that delighted the senses. The ingredients were fresh, local, and expertly prepared, showcasing the best of Spanish cuisine.

We visit this place often — and for a good reason. It’s simply perfectly designed for families with children.

There’s a fenced-in playground on the property with plenty of space for kids to play football, climb wooden playhouses, or swing — safely and freely. There’s also a spacious garden with lots of tables where you can enjoy the beautiful weather in peace.

They even have a screen area where you can watch football or enjoy music in the evenings — or really any time of day. The atmosphere is always pleasant and relaxed.

We also celebrated a children’s birthday party there once — and it was incredibly convenient. The kids played on the playground while the adults had a chance to chat and relax in the garden.

The food is delicious, especially their meat dishes and barbecue options. We’ve also tried the paella — and it was really good. But my absolute favorite is their chocolate lava cake — so good, we stop by regularly just for that!

The service is incredibly warm and friendly, always attentive and in a good mood. There’s plenty of parking, and the mountain view is stunning.

Теперь о главном — еда. Это просто восторг! Мы заказали несколько блюд, чтобы попробовать как можно больше. Закуски были великолепны: нежнейший тартар из тунца с авокадо, свежайшие устрицы и фирменный салат с козьим сыром и карамелизированными орехами. Основные блюда превзошли ожидания: я взяла филе сибаса с соусом манго и овощами гриль — идеальное сочетание вкусов, рыба таяла во рту. Муж заказал стейк рибай средней прожарки — прожарка была ровно такая, как просил, мясо сочное и ароматное. Отдельное спасибо шефу за внимание к деталям: каждое блюдо не только вкусное, но и очень красиво подано.

Десерты заслуживают отдельной похвалы. Домашний чизкейк с ягодным соусом — один из лучших, что я пробовала в Испании. Также брали шоколадный фондан с мороженым — фантастика!

Вино. Огромная карта, отличный выбор локальных и европейских позиций. По совету сомелье попробовали белое вино из Риохи и красное из Риберы дель Дуэро — оба варианта идеально подошли к нашим блюдам.

Отдельно отмечу обслуживание. Персонал очень доброжелательный, внимательный, но ненавязчивый. Нам всё подробно объяснили, помогли с выбором, несколько раз подходили уточнить, всё ли нам нравится. Чувствуется высокий уровень сервиса и искреннее желание сделать ваш вечер особенным.

В итоге ужин в La Finca превратился в настоящее гастрономическое событие, после которого остается ощущение полной удовлетворенности и радости. Это то место, куда хочется возвращаться снова и снова — и с друзьями, и с семьей, и даже просто на бокал вина с закуской.
