I went there for lunch today and ordered the sea bass from the daily menu. When my plate arrived, I immediately noticed that the fish was still raw inside. I called the waitress over and showed her, and she took my plate back to the head chef.

But when she returned, I realized it was the exact same fish, on the same old plate. I think that’s totally unacceptable. If something like that happens, you need to cook me a new fish. Instead, they just took my old fish and reheated it in the microwave. The rest of the plate — my vegetables and potatoes — were cold when they came back, and the fish just tasted like it had been microwaved.

I was already really upset and asked for the bill. And then, when it came, I saw they actually charged me for the fish, even though I told them it didn’t taste good and wasn’t properly done. I still had to pay for it. Unbelievable. I’m never going back...

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and did really enjoy the restaurant for some good breakfasts, lunches and diners. The food in the restaurant is truly delicious. There are plenty of proper dishes that suit everyone their needs in my view. We did not have any bad or doubtful meal. The interaction with the staff is very pleasant. Waiters know what they’re talking about.

Regarding the hotel; The housekeeping is on point and not overdone. Additionally, the hotel offers various health supportive services and facilities. The gym is not like a big public gym, but nevertheless modern with proper equipment. We enjoyed a nice therapeutic massage from Ana and her colleague, which we really enjoyed and can only recommend. We will definitely consider coming back...

It’s been a long time since I’ve eaten this well — and I’ve been around a fair bit in recent years. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The seared avocado was a surprising highlight, full of flavor and perfectly executed. The extra virgin olive oil served on the side added a rich, fragrant touch that elevated even the simplest bites.

The atmosphere was just right — stylish yet relaxed — and the service matched the quality of the food. The ribeye was cooked to perfection, juicy and full of depth. And then came the matcha cheesecake… What an ending! Light, balanced, and unlike any dessert I’ve had in a long time.

Every element surpassed our expectations. We’re genuinely impressed. Very, very well done....
