Café Chill Out La Playa — Restaurant in Felanitx

Avoid at all costs! Very poor service. When my wife and I arrived at the restaurant they were very rude. We were asked many times for the menu and waited 15 minutes for the waiter to bring us the menu. Again, we had to ask for our order to be taken after waiting for a considerable amount of time. The waiter was very rude because I want the fish menu and said he'd be back but he went away and was laughing with the staff at the bar and didn't take any consideration about the customers. I had my food after waiting more then an hour and they didn't bring my wife's food, we were asked why it took that long and they just turned around and disappeared. I asked to have contact with the owner and he said was the owner, but got his wife to talk to us, to which she gave us excuse for the poor service and admitted it was very badly organised and not listening what I told to her just continually interrupt me. I'm very disappointed and that kind of service is unacceptable, if you want to be treated like a piece of garbage then go to have an experience with them. I definitely do not recommend this restaurant!!! Also recommend the restaurant on the beach, super delicious food, in max 25min we have our dishes with my wife, very friendly and super satisfied.

We ordered spaghetti, chicken and fish for lunch. We waited more than an hour for these easy meals. When we reminded the waitress, two of three meals arrived. After like 30 minutes, we reminded another waiter and he was shocked as he forgot our order. Then I shouted at the person; we could not have lunch as a family, we waited for 1.5 hours for those simple meals, and that two tables which arrived way later than us got their full orders. My husband was then smoking because he was hungry and could not wait sitting on the table anymore. He went to him and apologized, then his meal arrived within a couple of minutes. He apologized only because i yelled at him. Before that we were invisible. So, we waited 1.5 hours for a simple fish. My son finished his meal 20 mins ago, I waited to eat together and my schnitzel was also cold and most importantly we missed the opportunity of enjoying our delicious lunch together with a beautiful sea view. Plus i became that customer that yells at the people. The waiters also did not see that water spilled on our table, everywhere was wet and dripping, table was full with empty bottles etc... If you are tourists like us and have limited time for sightseeing, swimming and eating, do not come here. We wanted to go to el beul but it was fully booked that's why we came...

Very poor customer service and extremely long waiting time.

Firstly, we waited over 15 minutes for a menu after asking the staff multiple times. My husband asked for the fish menu, and the managers husband was extremely rude and not helpful at all. We then waited a considerable amount of time, and again multiple times of asking for the staff if they could take our food order. After waiting for over an hour for our food to arrive, they only brought my husband’s dish and my food was nowhere to be seen. I asked different staff where my food was but no one gave me a straight answer. Half an hour after my husband’s dish arrived, they brought me a random kids meal (burnt chicken strips and chips). Not the chicken noodles that I’d order originally. We spoke with the owner about our experience and it appeared she didn’t want to listen to our concerns, by the way she kept interrupting me. I found her extremely disrespectful and unhelpful. And her husband (the manager) had an even worse attitude. I DO NOT recommend this restaurant and advise you avoid at all costs.
