We stayed at Grupotel Cala Marcal, just a 1-minute walk from Organic. From day one, we completely fell in love with this place – the atmosphere, the music, and most of all, THE FOOD!
We had breakfast here several times, and every single time it was a treat. Everything tastes incredibly fresh, and you really get great value for your money. The presentation is outstanding: colorful plates, beautifully decorated with little flowers – a true feast for both the eyes and the taste buds. 🌸
The smoothies are super fresh and served in creative, original cups, which adds a special touch.
When we were at the beach, we always grabbed an iced coffee from Organic – honestly, the best we’ve ever had! ☕️😍
We also had lunch and dinner here multiple times, and the food was consistently flavorful and carefully prepared. The interior is authentic and cozy, and as soon as you walk in, it instantly feels warm and welcoming – like coming home while on holiday. 🏡✨
The owner is not only incredibly kind but also extremely hardworking. Together with his amazing team, he makes sure every detail is perfect. The staff is friendly, attentive, and works tirelessly to give every guest a wonderful experience.
A special shout-out to the lovely lady with curly hair in a bun – what an absolute star! Always smiling, warm, and genuinely caring. ❤️
Even if you aren’t staying in Portocolom, this place is absolutely worth the trip.
In short: An absolute gem of a restaurant – we’ll definitely be...
Read moreWhen we discovered Organic Biorestaurante, back in October 2021, we immediately fell in love. This place really has it all: there's the stunning beauty of the Cala Marçal beach and bay; the enjoyment of its cozy, colorful decoration, topped off with music that soothes the heart and senses; you get those truly inspiring, tasty drinks and dishes, made with honest ingredients, looking like pieces of art, and served in generous portions at friendly prices; and then, there's the warm, loving welcome by owner Antonio and his staff, with a special mention for hard-working waiter Tony, who was there from the very beginning. All of the above, together, are the DNA of Organic's still growing success. They are why we rated the place 5 stars in 2021, and did the same in 2022. This year, although staying in the far northwest of Mallorca, we simply HAD to return to Portocolom's Organic Biorestaurante. Coming back to such a mesmerizing place can be a bit frightening. Would the magic still be there? Would the visit live up to our high expectations, or would we be disappointed instead? Our concern was unnecessary. It was all still there. The mojo was still working. Keep up the good work, Antonio. Cherish your great staff, and keep that loving vibe going. It's what sets you apart. So it's 5 stars again, and we'll look you up in hopefully many, many years to come. Big hugs from your Belgian friends, Marc and Debby....
Read moreWe came with really high expectations after reading vall the raving reviews, but were very much disappointed. The restaurant itself has fairly nice outside seating, the inside seemed a bit dated, but the staff was generally nice. The big disappointment for us was the food – we were excited for some vegetarian options, but found out those were also somewhat limited on the menu. The aioli starter with homemade bread was alright, but a bit expensive. The vegetarian burger was OK – the fries were good but almost cold, the burger itself was dry (bean patty with no sauce) and came with avocado and crunchy kale which did not complement the rest very well. The vegan lasagna however was dreadful – the gluten-free pasta was stuck to the bottom, it was barely seasoned, the vegetables (aubergine, zucchini and mushrooms I think?) were a bit gloop and the sauce (?) was weirdly sticky. First time I did not finish a meal in a long time, even though I was super hungry. Also – what‘s with the edible flowers on everything? I really like the concept of an organic restaurant and it has a nice view of the beach, but the food (at least what we had) seemed thrown together just for the sake of being „organic“. Would not...
