Cafè sa Plaça — Restaurant in Fornalutx

First of all Please DON’T eat anything in this restaurant! The seafood was frozen and probably never see the sea, rice was precooked in microwave, vegetables was sitting in the kitchen for a few days and croquettes de pollo came frozen, we immediately returned then and they just reheated them in microwave and when we asked what the * they told us its normal process! My friend is now throwing up around the corner!!! The only good thing was the anchovies, they just bought them... we didn’t want to pay the whole bill but the owner (Margaret) told us that there’s nothing wrong with the food and we have to pay almost 60€ for this sh*. Fornalutx is beautiful definitely go visit but avoid this...

Please save yourself a time and money and don’t go here. Horrible food, the paella was from precooked rice and frozen seafood dried to death. The croquettes came to our table frozen!!! We asked the manager to make another batch and they just put the first one in a microwave and brought it back. My friend threw it up!!! The polpinos were from can, the only good food was anchovys, because no one cooked it and it was bought in a supermarket... after all these things, we told the manager (I think Margaret) we are not willing to pay for the food we didn’t even finish. We had a dreadful meal here this afternoon. For a Spanish cafe in a beautiful village there were very few tapas dishes when I asked why the owner said it was because the chef was English! We then had to wait an hour for our lunch to be served and then it was very bland and over priced. The chef did come out and see us but she underestimated the delay and nothing further was said.
