This place became our nightly routine during our week long stay in Fornalutx. Just about every night after exploring the island all day, we stopped by for a coffee, some pan crystal, dessert and to see our friends Violeta and Robin. Every other restaurant had good service but when we came here, it was different. They were friendly, attentive, gave us great recommendations and even helped us with our Spanish a little. It felt like we were visiting friends.
The food was really good as well. As I mentioned, my wife and I loved their toast with tomato (pan crystal), the croquetas and the pork skewers the most along with their ginger and lemon tea and the vermut de Mallorca. We also got ice cream from the place next door through them (they are linked somehow). Robin gave us the scoop (pun intended) on the best flavors and it did not disappoint. The dulce de leche was phenomenal and so was the amaretto cherry one. Perfect pairing with an outdoor table at their patio on a summer night.
All in all, it was one of our favorite spots in Fornalutx and we could not recommend...
Read moreFood is okay.. nothing to write home about but tasty for a quick lunch However when we got our bill it stated a large beer, when my boyfriend only had a small one. So we mentioned it to the waiter, he suggested to bring us another small beer instead of changing the bill and everything. Okay, we didn’t really want another beer but oh well… let’s solve it this way then. But then the beer came and he said he would charge us 1,50 euro extra because 2 small beers were more expensive than 1 large beer??
Ehhhh yeah.. but we didn’t really want a second small beer, you offered us that to compensate for the wrongly charged large beer?
Very very strange and customer unfriendly We just paid because we did not want to make a fuss about to but I have never experience anything like...

The tapas was the best quality we had in Mallorca and to top it off it was even better value, winning combo.
Started off with their ice tea, apple & blackberry and Ginger & Lemon, add some booze into that and that's a recipe for the ages.
The tapas sizes are perfect for sharing, we ordered the Spanish Tortilla, Grandmas meatballs and Chicken Wings, the wings were slow cooked so they were soft and came right off the bone 👌
To top it off we had the apple pie that came with vanilla ice cream, all homemade and absolutely banging, reminded me of the apple pie in Winkel 43 Amsterdam.
Service and vibe was spot on too, friendly, quick and efficient...as Mallorican as you can get.
We'll be back next time.
Mucho Gracias...
