Chang Thai Bar & Restaurant — Restaurant in Fuengirola

During our holiday in Fuengirola last month, my friend and I were looking for authentic Thai cuisine when we discovered Chang Thai Bar & Restaurant, conveniently located just across the street from our hotel. We both went for the vegetarian red curry and it turned out to be the best curry I have ever had. Even my friend, who has travelled in Thailand, was blown away, saying it was as good as the dishes they've had in Thailand. The curry was prepared with Thai ingredients, which are not easy to find outside Thailand, and it added a level of flavour and authenticity that completely exceeded our expectations. The quality and taste of the food were a surprising and delightful find in a vacation spot like Fuengirola. We still talk about that meal because it was simply unforgettable.
