After walking around and phoning several times for directions, as Google Maps was showing Magna Thai, now Chang Mai as by the port, we arrived at the restaurant (situated opposite the parking entrance for Hotel Las Palmeras). Apparently it moved site three months ago. I've tried to update the Google listing but it is still showing as pending...
Update: I've also now noticed that there are two Google listings for this restaurant so they need to be merged. The other listing shows the correct location as Calle Martínez Catena, 20.
An excellent and extremely authentic hot and spicy Thai meal, we loved it. Very gentle and humble service.
Toilet facilities were good too.
Slightly disappointed by there not being Thai music at first we were then delighted that the music changed (and not by request from us either).
It was a lovely atmosphere spoiled somewhat by an arrogant loud Thai American man who constantly used the f word despite his young son sitting next to him and with zero regard that his voice could be heard throughout. Not the restaurant's fault sadly.
