We went few days ago, on a rainy day, therefore most attractions were closed. Each attraction that was still open cost 3.5 eur, gaming machines around 1 eur each. 4D cinema was open too. I asked the woman working there if my 3 year old son could be accomponied by the grandad as he was afraid to go alone, and if the also needs to pay another ticket, she said no, all good, as he is so small adult can go together. Man who let them in also said they can go together. I needed to top up my card as we only had 3 eur left, then another woman with accent (russian?) came over and said I need to pay 10 eur total for both of them, to which I replied 2 people before said grandad is fine to go without paying. She was pretty rude and kept saying they must terminate the session, that I must pay now extra etc. For an empty park and 3 year child who afraid to go alone, being that rude with customers - not a great...
Read moreVisited here today with my 4 year old niece and thought it would be somewhere we would take her a lot. Lots for her to do and they do keep it very clean. Initially she loved it and was really enjoying herself. We found a lot of the staff being very unfriendly and looking absolutely miserable. However, she was in the soft play and nipped out for a drink (it was about 30 degrees) and then went straight back in. Two staff members then began ranting away at her and pointing at her. She was so scared and upset, we had to leave straight away to try and calm her down. The staff were too busy talking I assume they hadn’t seen her come out for a drink and assumed she was trying to get in for free despite already paying. They should of came to adults to deal with it not act so aggressively to a 4 year old. Especially as she doesn’t speak the language so she didn’t understand what they were...
Read moreWent here 20/03/18 with my girlfriend and our 2 children. My son absolutely loved all the rides he went on and had a good time. There's plenty of choice for different age groups. My son is 6 so the right age for majority of the rides. Cost for the park works on a top up card system. We added €20 to the card which would be 8 rides. Unfortunately after 2 rides, it started to rain heavily and the shut the rides so we had to go in to the amusement area (the only shelter) We added another €10 as the games were quite expensive I thought. In England you can usually add £1 to a grabber machine & get 3-4 goes at winning. Here you only get 1 go!!! And other games were so short!! So you soon blow through your credit. You can save your card for another day but we were flying home the next morning. Otherwise great little park to entertain the kids on an evening. Just bring...
