Let’s talk about the ramen—easily one of the best I’ve ever had. The broth is rich and deeply flavorful, clearly simmered for hours. You can taste the love in every spoonful. I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen, which had a rich, creamy broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and tender slices of chashu pork. The soft-boiled egg was cooked just right with a slightly runny yolk — a nice touch of authenticity.

Service was friendly and efficient. The staff were attentive without being overbearing, and our food arrived quickly despite it being a busy evening.

Ordered two dishes: pad thai and spicy ramen with chicken. Most bland ramen i've ever tasted, literally tastes like a pack you can buy at the supermarket, no authentic richness in the broth, lacks flavor and most of all spicyness. It was 0 on 1-1000 scale of heat but advertised as spicy ramen. Went to pick up the food they said 15 minutes, made me wait a total 35 minutes to have the food ready.

Dont even mention the pad thai, which has no place in a authentic ramen place. What are they trying to be Disney World of Asian food? The pad thai needs to win award for tastelessness. Never have i seen some place screw up something so good so badly.

Is it not obvious that this place is own and run by a Chinese franchise, Chinese investors that exploit the Japanese heritage, shame, they can't keep getting away with it. And the fact that the place has 4.9 on Google says everything about the standard of the people living in Fuengirola. Try...
