220714 Jag sa inte att jag hade betalat till städaren. Han sa att kocken kom snart. Er servitris var otrevlig. Försökte absolut inte smita för 3 €. Kastade inte stolen bakåt ( hur kom ni på detta!?) Andra gäster drack öl. Städaren sa att maten skulle komma när han gick. Ni borde verkligen se till att göra rätt för er och be om ursäkt. Ni gör precis tvärtemot. Till vilken förtjänst. I did not say that I had paid the cleaner. He said the chef was coming soon. The waitress was nasty. Absolutely did not try to dodge for 3 €. Did not throw the chair back (how did you come up with this !?) Other guests drank beer. The cleaner said the food would come when he left. You really should make sure you do the right thing and apologize. You are doing just the opposite. To what merit. If you look at my reviews, there is no one like this. Wish you good luck! Så otroligt besviken. Så här får man inte behandla sina kunder…Andra besöket på stora fibbers. Jag och min son skall äta frukost innan gymmet. Kommer in beställer största frukosten. Han säger att köket kommer om 5 minuter. Helt ok. Efter 20 minuter kommer samme man tillbaka och säger att maten kommer om 5 minuter. Väntar 10 minuter, då frågar vi en lite mörkhårig servitris som vi inte har sett tidigare. Direkt väldigt otrevlig. Säger att vi int har bokat. Hur kan ni boka av en städare? ”Städaren” levererade öl och kaffe till två gäster, kaffe till oss. Hon är extremt otrevlig så vi väljer att gå och betala kaffet. När vi reser oss upp så tycker hon att vi är aggressiva och hur kan vi vara detta mot en kvinna…puh. Säger så här, ni missade minst 20 € idag. Vi har lägenhet i Fuengirola. Får vi inte en ordentlig förklaring på incidenten. Framförallt den lilla argsinta kvinnan. Vi förlorade 40 minuter, missade träningen på grund av er personal. So incredibly disappointed. This is not the way to treat your customers… Second visit to large fibers. My son and I are going to have breakfast before the gym. Comes in ordering the biggest breakfast. He says the kitchen will arrive in 5 minutes. OK. After 20 minutes, the same man comes back and says that the food will arrive in 5 minutes. Wait 10 minutes, then we ask a slightly dark-haired waitress that we have not seen before. Directly very unpleasant. Says we have not booked. How can you book a cleaner? The "cleaner" delivered beer and coffee to two guests, coffee to us. She is extremely unpleasant so we choose to go and pay for the coffee. When we get up, she thinks we are aggressive and how can we be this towards a woman… pooh. Says like this, etc. I missed at least 20 € today. We have apartment in Fuengirola. We do not get a proper explanation for the incident. Especially the little angry woman. We lost 40 minutes, missed the gerund training by your staff. So I promise to spread it in different ways. Tidigare besök Trevligt ställe som har ett sortiment av bra...

We’ve been waiting here now for over 30 minutes. We have been noticed by happy harry the Spanish waiter and the attractive blonde girl. The blonde actually came to us 15 minutes ago and asked if we wanted to see a menu. We’re still waiting. We were here last Sunday and there was a young lad on. He was far far better. I wouldn’t pay this lot washers. You certainly shouldn’t have happy harry on if there’s a happy hour. We’re still waiting. We’re obviously gonna have call someone. Unlike Arnie. We certainly won’t be back!

You moved the pool table from upstairs sometime where it was last October when we played on it to downstairs where we played on it. You know full well we have the right place. I went here on a Saturday afternoon to watch a football match. 2 Adults and 3 children. There are a lot of screens, so we easily found somewhere to sit and ordered our drinks. My friend ordered a strongbow, which was a can, with a small glass. He asked for a pint glass instead. After asking a further 4 times and waiting 10 minutes, they brought over a pint glass. We ordered food as the match kicked off. It arrived at half time (45 minutes later) the roast chicken and chips was nice, as was the chilli nachos. My son order Chips & Gravy and I had a portion of chips. I my son had 14 chips, yes we counted. He did get enough gravy for a full roast dinner though??? I had 15 Chips. I asked if we could have more chips as the portion was ridiculously too small. We would have to buy another portion and it would take another 45 minutes! There are so many other options along the front that have better food and service. I will go to one of those...
