I have eaten at this Restaurant so many times because there is so many main meals I like at this Restaurant. Its not Michelin star but it is consistent. This evening I picked for starter prawn cocktail . It was difficult to place my order as all the waiters where stood out side paying more attention to a new Restaurant just further up on the harbour. It was not busy so the service should not have been sloppy but it was. The service can be hit or miss but the food is constant. I had this prawn cocktail and it was the best prawn cocktails I ever had in my life. Served not to chilled just perfect and that very important. The flavours from this prawn cocktail starter where just magnificent. Believer or not served with strawberry on top and finely cut oranges. The lettuce . prawns and sauce mixed together just great. It was that good I had to return the following night to have another.Your spoilt for choice in fungerola for good restaurants but Ku Damm Berlin is one that is always on my list every time I visit fungerola winter or summer. I be back again for another prawn cocktail for sure regardless of the hit miss service . I been back again this year 2024 .I had 4 prawn cocktail starters still my favourite starter. Read moreTourist trap, is not the word, but close. I live in Fuengirola, and decided to give it a try, with the kids. I had Pil Pil prawn and duck. Pil Pil was Half cold and bland. The duck was beyond dry, and only had few pieces of it. I ofcourse informed the Waiter (as they did not once ask,doing the service, or, when the duck was almost returned in the same condition, as it was served) I was offered a cop of coffee on the house.... The duck is 18 EUR and was uneatable......to offer a cup of 50 cent coffee seems a bit wrong.
I am not going back. It was my first and last time at this place. With so many fantastic restaurants in the area, I would any day of the week, choose something else.
PS! Dear owner of this restaurant. There was 5 other tables around us, among that a table of 10 people, all table left a lot of food, and no, not because the portions are to big....... Take such observation as a hint, that...

So they suggest an evening meal at Ku Damm, on Monday we called in to make a reservation and saw the waiter write our reservation in the Diary for 19.30. When we arrived at 19.20, they said we hadn’t booked, so I demanded to see the Diary. Sure enough our name was there, but someone had crossed it out in thick black felt Tip pen!! They found us a table for four, we all had the Menu de Dia, which normally is great. But not tonight when the Main Course arrived it was Luke Warm, I don’t know how long it had been sitting on the side! before being served, also as it was on a COLD PLATE it soon became very cold.
