Child accidently dropped a scoop of icecream on the floor from the cone. The icecream was not put in the cone sufficiently AND it gets served with a spoon so when you eat the icecream with the spoon or tip the icecream a little bit the ice falls of.

The owners rolled their eyes at the accident happening outside of their store and made angry gestures.

We had to pay for two new scoops!

We were 6 people who had just bought icecream there.

Very poor handling and service.

The issue wasn’t how the cone was held — it was that the scoop of ice cream was too large for the diameter of the cone and not properly secured. It tipped slightly, as is completely normal when eating from a cone, and immediately fell off. That indicates a problem with how the ice cream is served — not with how it was held.

Your cones are simply too narrow to support the size of the scoops you serve. A scoop of ice cream should not fall off from basic, everyday handling. If it does, something about the way it’s served needs to be reconsidered.

What disappointed us most wasn’t the accident — those things can happen — but your reaction. We had just bought ice cream for six people. Instead of showing any understanding or offering even the smallest gesture of goodwill, you rolled your eyes and made frustrated gestures. And then you charged us again.

That kind of customer service shows a complete lack of care and professionalism.

Just got the comment "not our problem". Actually she looked mad and rolled her eyes at my daughter for dropping the ice.
