La Corte Italiana — Restaurant in Fuengirola

La Corte Italiana is an absolute jewel, perfectly located in a prime and easily accessible spot. From the moment you settle yourself at the terras, the warm and welcoming atmosphere sets the tone for a fantastic dining experience.

On my first visit, I tried the pizza – and it was nothing short of superb. Perfectly baked with a crispy yet soft crust, fresh ingredients, and rich flavors that really made it stand out. That experience alone was enough to make me want to come back for more.

On my return visit, I decided to try the freshly prepared pasta – tagliatelle carbonara – and it was a true delight. The pasta was cooked to perfection, the sauce was rich and creamy, and the flavors were incredibly well-balanced. Every bite was a pleasure.

To finish off the meal, I had their tiramisu for dessert. It was light, creamy, and bursting with authentic flavor – a perfect ending to a wonderful dinner.

Pasta Carbonara was awful at this place. It is almost plain macaroni, because there is so little filling. And the filling in carbonara, cubicle pieces of bacon/ham were disgusting. Those yucky meat pieces were actually almost pure grease (fat). Basicly no bacon/ham at all. Tasting piece of grease and macaroni together felt totally unpleasant experience. I couldn't eat it at all. It was served from the cooking metal pot so they dont even serve meal at normal porcelain plate. Rude.

I made a complaint to the owner or waitress in the restaurant, but his attitude was weird. He said typical blaa blaa blaa that "no one else ever has complained of my pasta" and this is how we do it. So, i didn't get any other meal or compensation of the bad meal, although i couldn't eat it at all. And stayed hungry and had to pay for that "torture". Amazing authentic Italian. Second time visiting this restaurant since Tuesday ( its Thursday today) it would have been a third time if they opened on Wednesday. The staff are extremely friendly, and food is unreal. Loved the pizza, the dough is fresh and delicious, the meatballs are to die for, and the carbonra well, it's probably the best I've had.
