If you're looking for the gourmet smash burger 🍔 experience, THIS is IT! Honestly, I am surprised this place doesn't have a line out the door! We were 5 and tried 4 of the burgers 🍔 and some of the homemade fries 🍟 😋. Fries were sweet potato, a nice combination of piping hot 🔥 crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, with just the right amount of thick salt to balance it all out. Served with a mayo based sauce! Let's dig into the burgers 🍔, we had the bacon 🥓 cheese 🧀 which also had a mayo based secret ingredient sauce 😋. Served on a brioche bun, the sear on these burgers is something of legend, imparting, not only a smoky goodness, and at the same time giving the meat a tasty crust that holds in the flavour and juiciness of the patty. Also ordered was the GOAT 🐐, not sure if this a reference to only the goat chese or being the Greatest Of All Time? Carmelized onion and cheese, sweet,salt, and meat. Yummy! The person who ordered it said, "It's OK, I'll be covered in cheese, but I can wash it off at the hotel."An older menu was delivered by mistake , so we ordered the Dirty Dancing, camembert and blue cheese with cranberry sauce, divine balance. And last, but not the least, a competitor in the best burger in Spain contest, the cheese and bacon bicoff, taste overlaod! Was not my favourite, maybe a bit too sweet, but it was loved by the person who ordered it! All this to say, do it, pull the trigger and bite into that tasty, ...

We never got our hamburger that we ordered, and when we told the waiter about it, he was not even sorry... We only ate fries and water, what a pity. It sounds unbelievable, yet it"s true. There were 6 people in our table, 4 of us arrived earlier than I and my husband, and they had already ordered. We ordered right away after arriving, and the others got their orders soon after. We as well were brought the delicious sweet potato fries, and started waiting for the "rare one" hamburger. But after having waited for about 30-40 minutes and after everyone had already eaten, we decided to ask for the bill. The sum was 108€ and some cents. And it included 2 portiones of the "rare one". And only one of the 2 had arrived, we never got ours to share with my husband. Of course we told the waiter about it, and he agreed to take the other rare one off the bill. The situation was kind of funny, because it seemed to be no big deal for the waiter, and we were left hungry. The good thing is that we live nearby and could cook at home afterwards. Luckily some of the portions were delicious, at least they looked good. The owner found it hard to believe and asked me to be more elaborate, so here it is. This happened last night on Friday the 18th of November 2022...

Huge disappointment. Used to be coming here multiple times a year for a while… Burgers and service were top tier. Especially the cocktails and burgers that we couldn’t find elsewhere. Now we end up in an overpriced cafe with half the things missing from the menu, with the burgers not having nowhere near the same flavour as they used to. Dry sinew meat. The burgers sound nice on paper but you end up feeling catfished as they arrive to the table. The Biscoff Burger comprises of a few pieces of bacon and a thin Pattie with sauce, for 15 euros?! Really? Maybe there is a lack of training? Hence why the downgrade is so noticeable? The waiters are too busy chatting and discussing their lives instead of making sure the customers are satisfied the orders are up to date. I would highly suggest the owner to monitor the place better as when he used to be around the place was phenomenal. Sad to notice the changes and the downgrade. Would seriously doubt...
