Rancho Playa — Restaurant in Fuengirola

We were greeted by a great waiter who was very friendly but unfortunately that is the best part of the dining experience, we waited well over 45 mins for food, which when arrives was a average at best, I had the tenderloin tips which were warm and weird chips which were under cooked but raw like these had been reheated, my daughter has spaghetti which she described as “like one of the microwave ones” while my wife and father in law opted for the paella which when arrived after everyone else’s was also unfinished, to both their disappointment. The waiter can with the bill we expressed our concerns regarding the food issues and length of time we waited but all of a sudden his English was not so good and he didn’t understand. This was a below par meal for paying over €100, but the only positive was the Victoria beer which was nice

DO NOT visit this place!!! We were there as a family with child and dog. The waitresses did not seem interested to serve us and it took a long time to get to order. When the waitress came to take our order she screamed and told us the dog bit her, when this was obviously not the case. This felt like a total scam and it felt like that if we were to stay they would make more problems for us. I got the feeling that they were racist, towards anyone not spanish. We left immediately and 3 people stopped us to get payed for the water bottle they served 1 min before (not opened). We just left and will never go back, noor recommend it to anyone, not even our spanish friends!!!

I had a very upsetting experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely poor from the beginning. I politely asked the manager (whose name is Orca) for a tissue, and he responded rudely by saying, “You are asking too much.” His attitude was not only disrespectful but also came across as racist and discriminatory, which is completely unacceptable.

To make matters worse, they brought me food I did not order. I accepted it just to avoid further conflict, but it only added to the frustration. The food itself was very salty and badly prepared. The overall service from the staff was careless and unprofessional.

This experience made me feel deeply uncomfortable. I do not recommend anyone visit this restaurant. No one should be treated the way I was, and I sincerely hope the owners take responsibility and address these...
