I can say that it is the worst restaurant service experience I have ever seen in my life. The waiters do not listen to you at all, they do not speak English anyway and do not understand what we say. While serving drinks to the table next to me, they did not serve me the drink she was carrying on his tray, even though I warned her. Half an hour later, he served drinks, he handed the plate to us while serving, not to the table, and they did not even make eye contact while handing the plate to us (not while serving!). Turning your back on the customer while serving is a great disrespect to the customer. The first thing a waiter needs to learn is how to treat the customer. Unfortunately, those waiters did not know this. The main course was served to the people next to me and across from me. They finished their meals and still did not bring my main course. After warning many times, he brought main course while the desserts were coming to those at my table. Speaking of dessert, the dessert they call creme brulee is actually creme caramel, they don't even know the name of the dessert they sell. Yes, we were a large group, but we made a reservation. If you cannot serve the number of customers you accept, if you do not have enough capacity, if you do not have enough waiters, that will be your problem, not mine. I was not at all satisfied with the service, the food served to my table, and the environment and ambiance. I will never go to the restaurant again, I do not recommend...
Read moreFirst of all, great food. Crispy/crunchy squid was not but the rest was great. They did however place a bowl of bread on the table when we sat down which they then charged us €6 for. Didn’t mention that they would charge us for it though. This is in my opinion the lowest of tomfoolery.
They already make good food and charge fair prices for it, there’s no need to be greedy about the bread. Any sane establishment would serve that complimentary. The manager looked real mad when I mentioned it so he took one (1) piece of bread off the bill because we only ate three. Like okay my dude, I guess your restaurant won’t be crawling on its knees now that you’ve brought in the money for three buns?
They also put four beers on the bill when we only had three. Could’ve been an easy mistake, could’ve been a cheeky attempt at charging us for more than we actually ordered, I guess we’ll never know.
Business tip for you guys: just place a ridiculously massive bowl full of ten million pieces of bread when someone comes in and charge them for it. Everyone within the company will be set for life and you won’t have to work another day.
In conclusion: good food by cheeky conmen. Would recommend to anyone who likes to live...
Read moreNot even sure where to start with this place. Probably the worst restaurant we tried in Fuengirola. Very overpriced with really disappointing food. For starters, we had the tuna tacos. The chef who composed this dish can't have ever seen tacos in real life. The dish consisted of two halves of an avocado: one half with a runny egg, the other with chopped tuna in soy sauce. Around it were some stale potato crisps from a bag. Nothing remotely similar to tacos, or anything that actually tasted good. For the main course, we had the tenderloin and sea bream fillet. The meat was served rare as we wanted, but the portion size was very disappointing, and the quality of the meat was also a letdown. The French fries served with it didn't make anyone happy. The fish was okay, but the mashed potatoes and veggies served with it were very plain and boring. The price they charged for the dishes was way too high—small, boring dishes made with...
