To be honest we have been recommended to this place numerous times by parents but hey who listens to parents! Interesting bibliography in the menu of Dominique life and route to owning and running the restaurant. To the food I started with prawns pil pil, prawns plentiful and very meaty ! To my own taste could have done with more garlic and chile but this is personal taste, next course I had pork medallions with onion, mushroom and apple sauce very good indeed especially as you had the option of baked potato instead of chips - salad seemed our the packet type apart from that very good, my wife had sirloin steak with potatoes and vegetables, good size steak, waitress checked the steak colouring which was a nice touch - unfortunately we couldn't manage a desert - we will be back, we wish we had come here before. Food was by far the best food that we had in the whole of our two week stay in Fuengirola. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Even the kitchen staff said hello when we went to the toilet. Food we all said was the best! Pork and mushroom sauce, accompanied by potatoes and veg. All cooked amazing. Husband had steak cooked JUST how he likes. Little one had her pasta in tomato sauce. Dominique even indulged our 4 year old with a ‘leaf’ on top of her pasta. Coming from Italian mixed heritage, pasta presentation is very important to our little one. Pappa is an Italian chef! Been here a few times, it's fair to say the food is good but, tonight 4 of us wanted to sit together outside but we're told we couldn't, I asked if there was a local law which stated that we could only sit 2 to a table and was told there was not so, we moved the tables together. The miserable look we received from the lady was most off-putting, we were so annoyed that we will not return. I and my friends are clients, spending our money here we don't need special treatment but we are paying customers and should be treated with respect, keep you dirty looks for your husband!
