Wow the people overhere don’t even run, they fly. They work so hard to give everyone the best experience.

Was told beforehand we had to wait for like 40 minutes at the bar (which we agreed to, because we were able to have a cider here). Ended up just being 15 minutes of waiting before a table was ready. However a reservation is recommended.

They really keep a good eye on your glass and refill the cider every time it is almost empty.

The food was delicious. To be honest I am vegetarian and made an exception at this restaurant as it looked too good. The truffle tuna carpaccio, I mean……. DELICIOUS. Haha on the picture you can see I couldn’t resit to take a bite already.

And the location is great. You can sit inside and outside. It is located at a cute square...

Absolutely. Amazing.

Fabada is served for 3/4 people (But I ate the whole thing) Plus starter plates. Food quality and taste was superb quality.

Cornbread toasts with local Asturian toppings including blood sausage (its superb, ridiculous flavour) Fabada - Bean stew with sausage blood and chorizo, best thing you'll eat in the region if done properly. Cold cuts board with cheese and grilled vegetables.

Brilliant service, good wine, good aperitif (Vermouth) And local cider pouring in the splashing shields (A real spectacle to watch and enjoy)

Fantastic, TRULY, fantastic meal. Thank...

Entered 19:30 Were seated Bread and olive oil were fine. Spider crab salad was unpalatable 99% were potatoes. We rejected it almost untouched My beer arrived but my partner’s cider didn’t. We had to remind them. We were completely ignored by the staff. Lobster was served. One bite was enough to know that it was leftover processed Next was the octopus. The cook knew how to make it. But before serving he sprinkled so much salt that it felt like sand. The mashed potatoes were watery. The charged us on two of the dishes instead of three I was utterly disappointed We had to go...

Great Spanish sampling Asturias cheese sampling, cured meats, a taste of Asturias. We started with the local apple cider - service of the cider is a local legend - and shared some platters. Corn bread with spicy pork and Sweet meats was a great taste experience, Gazpacho with olive ice cream had to be tasted. Wow - creamy with pureed tomatoes and garlic with an olive ice ball. With very little room we squeezed in a share of a beautifully cooked tuna steak steeped in ratatouille. My second visit to Gijon and my second to La Galana and I’ll be back.
