Wow the people overhere don’t even run, they fly. They work so hard to give everyone the best experience.
Was told beforehand we had to wait for like 40 minutes at the bar (which we agreed to, because we were able to have a cider here). Ended up just being 15 minutes of waiting before a table was ready. However a reservation is recommended.
They really keep a good eye on your glass and refill the cider every time it is almost empty.
The food was delicious. To be honest I am vegetarian and made an exception at this restaurant as it looked too good. The truffle tuna carpaccio, I mean……. DELICIOUS. Haha on the picture you can see I couldn’t resit to take a bite already.

Fabada is served for 3/4 people (But I ate the whole thing) Plus starter plates. Food quality and taste was superb quality.
Cornbread toasts with local Asturian toppings including blood sausage (its superb, ridiculous flavour) Fabada - Bean stew with sausage blood and chorizo, best thing you'll eat in the region if done properly. Cold cuts board with cheese and grilled vegetables.
Brilliant service, good wine, good aperitif (Vermouth) And local cider pouring in the splashing shields (A real spectacle to watch and enjoy)
