Botánico café — Restaurant in Granada

We were sitting outside and they didn't even open the big umbrella, we were burning 🥵. The burger I ordered was very raw in the middle.

Edited response. First of all, we sat in front of the restaurant because there was no sign that specified that the other spots or seats were part of the restaurant. I opened a yellow umbrella during the whole time spent at the restaurant, so I think that is pretty obvious that I was burning. It is part of the politics of restaurants to make sure that their guests feel comfortable the whole time, so if you think that is the responsibility of the customer then you should start thinking about finding another type of job. Bloody Burger? It was NEVER ordered or even asked by the waiter. The term of the meat is also not specified on the menu so if you want to justify bad food then try to find another...

We were walking the streets of the city and made it to the botanic park across the road from the cafe. It was busy with people eating yummy looking food so we decided this was a good place to stop. The daily menu was excellent and we enjoyed a lovely set of starters, both the salad and the pea soup was lovely. The main we had was the pasta with truffle and the meat with tomato sauce, these were both excellent. To finish we both got the chocolate mousse and weren't disappointed. I am a bit biased because the person I came here with knew the owners, but this place was amazing. They rotate the menu everyday and give you options for a three course meal. This is the first time o have been to Spain and definitely is one of the best restaurants I went to. The workers are friendly, the atmosphere is very nice, it is clean, and the restaurant is very spacious. I got a vegetable soup, mushroom chicken tenderloin, and a fruit cup which was delicious and very filling for the price. If you are in Granada I would definitely recommend...
