Thought long about whether to post this, but will explain why I have at the end. We came to this place because of its good reviews. Sat and ordered, all good with starters. Halfway through our mains, my partner spotted a cockroach the size of my thumb, crawling up near us. As we made the waiter aware, he didn't seem too bothered, grabbed some tissue and got rid of it. We moved to a different table (ourselves, waiter did nothing to make us feel better) but were of course disgusted and unsure of whether to finish our meal. That decision was made for us as I spotted a black dot on my pork, which is the attached photo (zoom in to see what it is 🤢). As the waiter realised something was wrong, I showed him my dish and rather than being apologetic, he started huffing and puffing and was annoyed at me bringing this up. I asked for my bill and he got visibly annoyed when I refused to pay for that dish! - what?! Seriously, that's health & safety and he should be thankful I chose to be quiet and not make a scene that would've put other eaters off this place. The fact that he was unapologetic and didn’t try to appease us is why I'm posting, as I got the impression this is all too normal in this restaurant.... pity, as the reviews are good....
Read moreWe are visiting from the US and staying down the street. The anime theme drew me in being a huge fan myself so wanted to check it out. The place is bright, and incorporates anime throughout the restaurant including manga themed walls. The service was beyond friendly, and accommodating. Our waitress was very patient with us trying to accommodate my picky eater son. On top of this the food was delicious and well priced. I had the miso noodle ramen with pork belly and loved it. I added the picture of the duck ramen that my Daughter had. She loves ramen and enjoyed it. We all loved our dishes from ramen to rice. It was definitely a highlight of our stay in Granada. If only we lived closer this would be...
Read moreJust got to Granada and was starving on the way to our hotel. Saw the entrance and the anime theme caught our eye. Very well designed. Service was great, even though we were the only ones in there at the time. The buns were so delicious they are a must try, the noodles and rice were satisfying along with the duck. But the real highlight was the drink selection. The cold green tea with lemon and honey was super refreshing and just hit the spot especially in the Spanish summer. Would go again...
