This place was average at best; I usually only give 4 and 5 star reviews and don't like to be a "hater", but we were really looking forward to what claimed to be authentic Mexican food and sadly was a pale imitation. The main thing is would point out is that in the tiny open plan kitchen, 2 microwaves take pride of place... not a good sign. The place is mostly aimed at tourists (fine) but having lived on the Mexican border and visited Mexico on a number of occasions I would dispute any and all claims to authenticity. The chicken Tinga was reheated chicken breast with tomato sauce, chillaquiles were a sloppy mess also with similar sauce. They mixed a good margarita and the tacos al pastor were passable. Disappointing, especially after we had great Mexican food in Sevilla a few nights prior. I'd go Gordon Ramsay on this place. Throw the microwaves in the trash where they belong and cook some honest comida...

We ate here twice, once for lunch and once for dinner, during our stay in Granada. Do not skip this place, it's amazing. We had the intention of taking pictures but we only took one of the guacamole and then we forgot and were lost in the food and atmosphere. Tacos, guacamole and ceviche were amazing but special mention goes to the birria, I still think of it days later. The waitress really listens to what you want and tries to give you the best experience rather than upselling everything, we felt really welcome. I think the only suggestion I could make is to maybe add a vegetation taco option with nopales? Still, amazing food and service. Thanks, and we would...

we visited this restaurant a week or so ago and were so impressed. It is a little off the beaten track but well worth the visit. We called ahead and made a reservation, which I would recommend. Right from the outset the staff were so lovely and welcoming which made us feel very comfortable, the restaurant is decorated in a quirky way that reflect Mexican culture and heritage which was great. the food was really fabulous and felt very authentic, we had a wonderful meal and would definitely recommend it and we will definitely be going back as there were lots of things that sounded delicious thank you for a great meal

Cute venue with many ornaments. Good ambience, funny music selection of Mexican songs. Liquour and beer menus were varied. Mexican canned juices and authentic sodas were also available. Many choices (chicken, pork, lamb, vegetarian, seafood...). Tried the sopes, guacamole, octopus tostada, and the red sauce enchiladas which all were pretty good, kind of authentic. Mole was tasty. I was expecting tex-mex so this place met my expectations. Have visited many times to pick up food to-go. Overall, prices were ok and I definitely recommend this place.
