What an awful experience. My first visit was nice, ramen was good. I returned hoping to become a regular customer as i live nearby. I arrived to Shifu when it was nearly empty. I took a seat and the server told me to move to another table. He showed me a scrap of paper that said the table was reserved for someone an hour later... i had no intention of taking an hour to eat bowl of ramen....ok. I'll sit elsewhere in the empty restaurant. Interesting that your listing says "doesn't accept reservations"? Seems like a issue. When i ordered, the server seemed angry that I didn't want to order a drink or any other dishes. No, one bowl of ramen is fine for me. I asked for extra vegetables with my ramen order. The server brought out my order with nothing added. I asked again, and he brought my order back with some more green onion and bean sprouts. The ramen was good. When I got the bill, I was charged extra 6 euros for extra broth, noodles, bamboo...3 added items added to my bill instead of the vegetables i requested! Nearly 19 euros for a rude server and a pumped-up bill. Owner & manager, is this how you treat...

The food is horrible, it either has no taste or it tastes disgusting. I tried my boyfriends ramen and the first thing I like to try are the baby palm veggies and those tasted old so I didnât eat anymore. I think itâs strange the broth is white, like itâs been sitting in noodles and the left over broth they recycle or something. My dish was these small shrimp dumplings of some sort, I had one bite. I couldnât eat anymore it was so gross. The waiter even though he saw we didnât finish anything and said we didnât like the food didnât seem to care. I had the siu mai de la langostino, it said it had veggies, there were no mushrooms and was probably the worst food Iâve had yet. Iâve read the other comments and they say the same and you can tell the restaurant just answers the same response and assumes no...
Read moreI really donât get the hype about this place. We came here for lunch. The interior is far from comfortable - Neon lights everywhere, metal chairs, wooden benches with no cushions. It feels like they donât want guests to stay long but only eat quickly and leave to make room for more customers. Service is ok but feels rushed. Now the food. We had Gyozas for starter which were served after 3 minutes and very blend. I assume they were processed and not home made. For main we had ramen and fried rice with duck. Both was quite salty and really lacked freshness. The amount of meat in both dishes was almost non existent which means the dishes are way overpriced. The duck was definitely not fresh but only reheated which you could taste as the fat was very soft and not crispy. Overall quite disappointing and not worth...
