Normally I will look up in google before I head to a restaurant or place to eat, but since the weather is too hot, I just go straight to this closest ice cream shop in front of me. I guess the rating in here said it all. The staffs service are Horrible. I was approaching the girl at counter and say hi after the customer has done ordering, the girl just went away and ignored me, I was standing there for awhile until a man server approached me, I actually heard him speaking English before but he insisted speaking Spanish with me which I found really not nice, I tried to pronounce in Spanish with the words, I even pointed to thing I want, but he still gave me the wrong one. He ended up giving me grapes instead of the orange that I’ve ordered, it is super sweet, the food quality is not matching with that expensive price, and so as the unwelcoming service. I went to their washroom in the basement afterward, the man staff was closing up his pants with the door open, I turn around to avoid the embarrassment, and was waiting a bit til he came out, the toilet wasn’t flush, it’s disgusting with the...

Had a fresh fruit juice and a crêpe with 2 ice creams and they charged me over 18euros?!!!
Okay I only saw it on my card after I got to the hotel we were staying at, but everywhere else in Granada has been so pleasant this place is definitely a tourist trap feels like robbery. Fair I didn't check the bill but I thought 10 euros maybe fair plus a little pionono which we thought we'd try as it's a local speciality.
Food was average to say the most crêpe 🥞 was nothing special the ice cream was okay, fruit juice is what it is, and the guy didn't wear gloves when he's chopping the mangos. I don't know what to say but there're plenty of better places in Granada. Maybe there's much to be improved at this place. One thing would be good is to display your...
Read moreRey Fernando is a great spot for delicious, artisanal ice cream in Granada. The variety of flavors is impressive – from classics like Nutella and Café to more unique options like Mandarina y Yuzu, Rocher, and even Chocolate Dubai. The presentation of the gelato is beautiful and inviting, and the quality is definitely there, with rich, creamy textures and bold flavors.
The shop itself is bright and welcoming, and it’s conveniently located for a quick stop while exploring the city. Prices are reasonable for the quality you get, and the portions are generous.
The only small downside is that it can get quite busy, so you might need to wait a bit, and service can feel a little rushed during peak hours. Still, it’s absolutely worth a visit if you’re in the mood for authentic gelato with plenty of...
