Plaza del Carmen is an extremally centric location in granada. We can find the town hall there just to show what a vital part of the city it is. I would personally say they tend to be overpriced not only these but any flat that you may find in this zone as despite how centric it may appear it is not that much closer than many farther away touristics places.
