We arrived in the morning for a coffee and a croissant, first of all we waited a long time for the waiter until he came, then we waited another 10 minutes for the coffee.. he forgot the croissants, he promised to bring them soon, but apparently he forgot again.. after a lot of waving, he finally came, we reminded him again about the croissants - he brought them after another 10 min. But the worst thing is that they were old, slightly warmed up, and very cold inside, because apparently they were kept in the refrigerator. A complete crime against croissants :) And then we tried to pay attention for a long time so that we could pay. So, the experience is very bad. And it's really a pity, because someone has invested a lot of time and money, but to no avail. We...

We used to come here often, and I always enjoyed ordering the crispy chicken burger. After taking a break from visiting, we decided to come back — but unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The chicken meat was completely different and not crispy at all. The caramelized onions, which used to be brown and sweet, were replaced with red pickled onions (or something that looked and tasted off — I’m not even sure what they did to them). There were no pickled cucumbers, which originally came with the burger, and instead it was just simple BBQ sauce and some cheese on a soft, plain white bun.

My husband was also unhappy with his hamburger. Overall, very disappointing. Was extremely loud, but it’s ok.. Sadly, we will not...
