Bombay Babu Playa La Arena — Restaurant in Santiago del Teide

We went there today hoping for a good Indian food and we were 3 families sitting in one big table. We asked the staff from the beginning after we ordered drink to have our bill separate and to organize our order based on family 1, 2 and 3. This has NEVER been a problem before but they choose to ignore this and based our orders on the tables we sat on which didn't make sense because not all families were on the same table. When we get the bill it was all messed up and instead of listening to our explanation to what each family had, they chose to be very rude and ignorant to what we were telling them we ordered. They changed the bill several times and each time failed to have it right even though we carefully and kindly explained this easily but to them really difficult so we ended up paying the same things twice and each family overpaid because they got really rude and told all the staff to come and be aggresive to us. We had 3 children and me myself 9 months pregnant but for them this was not to stop them to be terrible at communication and aggresive towards us, asking us never to come back and threatening the police for their own stupidity and bad management from the beginning. I'm in complete shock of how they handled the situation and how they treated us as customers. Shame on them. I recommend them to remind themselves not to treat customers this...

I rate tonight's dinner negatively. Several things spoiled the whole impression. Upon arrival, they seated us and gave us menus. The service was pleasant. Then more guests arrived, and things started to go downhill. We waited quite a while for the waiter to come and take our order. When he finally arrived, he only took our drink orders, saying that the food would come later. After some time, he brought the drinks and left without taking our food order. We eventually received our food, which was really tasty. The negative experience continued after finishing the meal. With the food eaten and the drinks finished, nobody paid any attention to us. It took over 25 minutes for one waiter to notice us. He indicated he would come to our table. It took another 10 minutes for him to arrive. I asked for the bill, and again, we waited. Overall, we waited for over 40 minutes before we could leave. It's unacceptable for there to be only two waiters for so...

So i tend to be a very fussy person if it comes to dining out . How ever there is not a single thing they could do better than they did , service is great waiter have a good knowledge of his menu and great attention to detail when You run out of beer he immediately asks if You want another one , beer is served in a chilled glass love that little things with make a place perfect . The food was great aswell i had many currys in my life that was one of the best , it was served in a little dish with candle so it stayed hot , the naan was well baked everything was seasoned to perfection and just spicy enough. The plates were heated so You dont need to worry Your food will not go cold , they just got all the details in order . 5 star without any doubt , many Spanish restaurant should lern from them how to do restaurant properly .
