The worst Indian food I've ever had. Ordered chicken tikka masala, rice, chicken pakora and a chapati. Rice was fine. The chicken was pathetic. Have they ever had an actual Chicken Tikka Masala? Gloopy, salty, and absolutely generic curry flavour. No subtle flavours, no sweetness, no balance, just claggy and heavy. The chicken itself was ok, but seriously, it was €10.95 for that tiny little tray. The pakora...tragic. About 6 strands of limp lettuce (why even bother?) supplied the bed for 4 pathetic, old, dry straggly bits of chicken. That was almost €6! The chapati was even worse. It was old and stale. Its like they slapped some ghee on it to try and mask how old it was. Please avoid. I'm going back tomorrow for a refund. I've never done that in my life. So angry at this. Spare yourself the disappointment. I have tried over 8 times to post photos of the food, but google states that they violate google maps policies. So that must be a reflection of how bad it looked, that even google AI finds it...
Read moreThe vegetable pakora and samosa was alright as well the yellow dal. But there was a dish on the menu called garlic and chilli chicken - I hoped is indian and will taste like chicken 65 or something like this...but it wasn't. When I asked the owner is this indian dish, he said yes..but when i asked which part of India, then the answer changed:" It's some sort or indian with chinese sausage...this is on the menu every indian restaurant here" Based on this answer the chicken was imported from india. They also said that says on the menu it's sweet garlic but it didn't. When I asked why they don't cook real indian food the said it's takes too long time. As a chef myself and big fan of Indian cuisine I feel sorry to write this review but hope it makes...
Read moreOne of the worst Indian restaurants I have visited. We are hindu and don't eat beef and when ordering the kebabs we were assured it was only lamb. When they arrived they were bright red not the usual dark brown you would expect. When we asked why this was the waiter said it was mixed chicken and beef! Later another waiter confirmed it was a mix of chicken and lamb. But in all honesty I didn't believe this and they tasted disgusting nothing like a proper kebab. I would have expected them to not charge us for these uneaten kebabs that we hardly touched but they had no shame in charging us full price for these. Also, the whole restaurant was tired looking and dirty, tables and chairs needed cleaning and in general was terrible environment. Would not...
