El Cortijo Restaurant — Restaurant in Haría

We waited approximately 30-40 Minutes to order. Asked waiters to serve us two times. The first said he is not responsible for our table (but didn't think about telling his colleague), the second one (who was responsible for our table) told us to wait. But he preferred to have a chat with his colleague instead of serving us. That was the moment we decided to leave. We found another Restaurant that was much better. There were five (!) waiters for approx. 20 customers and non of them were able to serve us. And we were not the only ones waitig...

Also all prices are exclusive of VAT (which unfortunately is pretty common in Spain) and you don't have a card for cold non-alcoholic beverages so you either have to ask what a water costs (when you are served at all) or wait and find out when you...

Visited as part of a coach trip, herded in like sheep, practically 'ordered' to stand in line, sit here etc! I do understand they have many coach loads going in and out, so that'll be the reason! The food was basic buffet style, with a glass of local wine included. 15 euros, basic choices, salad, rice, potatoes, chicken, sausages, meatballs, etc. It was nicely cooked though. There is nothing else nearby though, so they've a captive audience. Would not have chose this place to eat if I'd not been on a coach trip and starving by mid day! However! It did the job, and apart from the abrupt 'get in line, sit here'...

Visited last month as part of a tour of the island, this was our preplanned designated lunch stop.

Fantastic self-serve buffet with a great selection of salads, pasta, and a choice of chicken, fish or meatballs. Lovely warm bread, plus sangria/water and fresh bananas for dessert

Lots of seating both inside and outside, very well organised as appeared to be hosting multiple coach parties at once. Was glad to be sat inside as cooler!

There is an ice cream kiosk outside plus 2 well stocked gift shops.
