Restaurante italiano La Tagliatella | Huelva — Restaurant in Huelva

Quite a nice Italian restaurant in the centre of Huelva. I decided to make reservation as a result of seeing very good reviews and checking out their menu online. That was not really necessary as there was only one other table occupied upon arrival, which was surprising considering it was mid of July. We soon discovered that the menu in the restaurant and online is not the same, few dishes were missing on the restaurant menu, which was a bit disappointing. Ordered prawn pasta, calzone and pane. Pasta dish was huge, far too much for one person, quite tasty but could do with more sauce, calzone was very nice, but pane was like a dry toast, would be nicer if it was more like pizza dough, not toasted as it didn’t taste of nothing. Service provided was very good, nice waitress and the atmosphere was pleasant, so good choice of place to try. One thing I was hoping to see but was missing on menu, was frutti...

Location is good, staff pleasant enough, but the food is not adequate for an ‘Italian’ restaurant. The Arrabiata I had… whoever was working in the kitchen did not even know how to salt the water for boiling the pasta. Pasta was al dente though, so a plus for that. Overall sauce lacked any depth of flavor, and the little amount of sauce vs the heap of spaghetti did not help. The pre-ground ‘parmesan’ from a shaker could just as well have been cardboard for all I know… To top it off, it was way overpriced compared to other GOOD food you can get in the same area. Busqué por Glovo algo para cenar y no tenía conocimiento de que existiera este restaurante en Huelva... Soy amante de la pasta y nunca hubo un Italiano con buena pasta(O los que hubo ya están cerrados desde hace tiempo) Me llamó la atención, vi las buenas reseñas y me decidí a pedir. Llegó en un tiempo razonable, la presentación fantástica(Una bolsa de tela con un envase perfecto, un bote con queso rallado y otro con unas aceitunas, de 10) Mi sorpresa fue que cuando abrí el envase no correspondía con lo que había pedido. Pedí un Triangoli (De Gorgonzola DOP y pera) con la salsa Tartufo al parmigiano y en cambio me trajeron los Triangoli "Tartufo fungi". Revisé el pedido en la aplicación de Glovo y efectivamente el pedido era con la salsa "Tartufo Fungi". No sé que ha podido pasar pero os puedo asegurar que mi elección fue "Salsa Tartufo al Parmegiano"... Un despiste mío, un error en la aplicación. El caso es que hambriento y viendo que era tarde me decidí a comerlos. Estaban buenos, pocas setas la verdad (2 o 3 sin exagerar) y la salsa no estaba mal. Quedé un poco decepcionado porque estamos hablando de un plato que cuesta 18'80€ y mis expectativas eran más altas. No obstante trataré de ir al restaurante que ya que he leído que el ambiente y el trato son exquisitos y me quitaré esta espinita con la que me quedé tras el pedido. Le daremos una segunda oportunidad dado que yo soy el primero que quiero que haya un buen restaurante italiano que sirvan una buena pasta...
