WORST RESTAURANT EVER! Myself and friend came here for dinner last week. We ordered croquettes and fried calamari for starters, and a Meat Mix Grill for main to share. The fried calamari was okay, but the first portion of croquettes we received was FROZEN, so we sent them back, to then receive the same one, just that they’d been thrown into the MICROWAVE. We sent these back again and received another portion of croquettes, which when we received them, they were STILL FROZEN!!!! By the 4th portion we received, they were warm, not even hot. We received our Meat Mixed Grill, which as you can tell by the photo attached, it was pitiful. The pork was dry and tough, the chicken was chewy, the steak was the smallest portion I ever did see, and the presentation was very poor. We thought that due to MANY INCONVENIENCES, they wouldn’t charge us for the croquettes, BUT THEY DID!!! I work very hard for my money, as we do all, and I came out of that restaurant feeling robbed and gutted. The staff were very unpleasant and couldn’t care less about...

Chased down the street saying we didn’t pay, and argued on us - when we had already paid our bill whilst eating as we waited so long

Waited 1hr30 for a chicken paella and seen others around us be served before. We mentioned constantly that we had not had our food but still took forever and were told it’ll be 2 more mins.

We eventually tried to leave and they were telling us to get back to our table, and our paella miraculously appeared. Staff were not great and just found excuses and did not apologise for service time or wait, just were very argumentative.

Very poor customer service. And humiliating to be chased down the street when had already paid.

Didn’t take anything off the bill and did not apologise.

EXPERIENCIA MALÍSIMA ❌ Pedimos una PAELLA VEGETARIANA para dos y trajeron una paella “vegetariana” con TROZOS DE CARNE repartidos por ahí.

Si no me equivoco eran vísceras de pollo entre otras cosas. Cuando nos dimos cuenta y lo reclamamos a los camareros, vino un hombre que parecía el encargado del restaurante. El hombre, lejos de disculparse, al analizar los trozos de carne, dijo, sin darle importancia, que podría ser que al cocinero se le hubiera caído algún trozo de hígado de pollo o algo al poner el arroz. Lo dijo como si fuera algo normal, en lugar de indignarse con su cocina y pedir disculpas. Después nos pregunto si queríamos comerla o que se la llevara, pero que hacer otra costaría unos 30 minutos. Mis dos amigas son vegetarianas así que le pidieron que se la llevara pero que no trajera otra, dado que ya habíamos esperado demasiado.

Este insulto de paella fue lo peor, pero no fue todo. Éramos 5 personas y pedimos varias tapas para 3 de nosotros y la paella para los otros 2. Tras pedir, esperamos bastante rato para que trajeran algo y cuando lo hicieron trajeron todas las tapas menos una, que llegó mucho después. La paella no llego hasta dentro de otro rato larguísimo, por lo que nos vimos obligados a comer por separado, ya que la paella no llegaba nunca. Intentamos esperar a la paella para poder comer todos juntos pero tardaba demasiado en llegar, lo cual hizo la experiencia ya muy mala antes de que llegara la paella. Y para colmo, cuando llegó tenía trozos de carne. Estuvimos esperando muchísimo para todo desde que nos sentamos. Sentimos haber desperdiciado gran parte de la noche.

A la hora de pagar, menos mal que no cobraron la paella. Pero tampoco nos ofrecieron ni un mínimo detalle ni disculpa por haber dejado sin cenar a dos de nosotros por su incompetencia. Además, las tapas tenían cantidades pequeñas y calidad mediocre para los precios. Ratio calidad-precio mala. Cuando el encargado vino a devolvernos el cambio le dijimos gracias y adiós y el ni nos miró ni respondió. Además de incompetente es maleducado.

Lo único que se salvó de esta experiencia fue la amabilidad y el servicio de los camareros que fue bueno.
