Walking through Ibiza Town midday ish me and my partner were looking for something to eat. We had a heavy Ibizan night the night before, and were a little overdone with seafood and pasta, so we had the taste for a good old English Breakfast. Upon walking up to Es Noray Menu board and flicking through, a woman who worked there approached us and we asked ‘do you just do some form of English breakfast at all please?’… we were greeted with a scoff. She looked us up and down like our money was not good enough for her restaurant and replied with ‘maybe in San Antonio Bay, but not here’ whilst pulling faces at us that gave the impression we were not posh enough to spend our money here. She then proceeded to close the menus in front of us that we were still looking at and almost barged us out the way so she could find someone more appropriate for her restaurant. What she didn’t know was, whilst we were looking for somewhere for breakfast now, we were also looking for a place for a special romantic meal that same evening, as we felt like splurging out €3000 on a bottle of vintage wine. Besides all this, MONEY does not define a person. If this is how your front of house treats another human being I would seriously reconsider the message you are putting across to passers by looking for somewhere to eat. I responded to the lady once she had taken the menus off us and pushed us away with ‘oh, we’re not posh enough to eat here I guess you mean?’ And she pulled another face to me as if to say ‘welllll,...
Read moreWe were walking by in the street and we’re accosted by the woman whose job is to woo unsuspecting tourist into the restaurant before they have a chance to check the reviews. She offered us a pitcher of sangria if we ate there we continue down the street and came back minutes later to redeem the promise of free sangria.
After sitting we ordered a picture of sangria and five shots of tequila with pineapple juice chasers. After trying to bring us apple juice several times they finally brought us a 50 mL bottle of pineapple juice concentrate.
We requested an additional five small cups to split the pineapple juice chasers. They brought out an additional five shots that were not requested.
We ordered the appetizer sampler.
The cheese was ok. The peppers were good. The croquettes were mid. The iberico was prosciutto. We ordered a margarita pizza that came out as a cheese pizza. So, that sucked.
The check came out with the pitcher of sangria on it. We’re told it was for a 1L pitcher of sangria. We never ordered 2L, we just mentioned she offered us a free pitcher, so ended up paying the difference.
Service was generally poor. Shot glasses left on table for entire service.
Just mid. Probably won’t go...
Read moreDO NOT ATTEND! Zeros stars for everything other than the location. The food came out at different times, 30 minutes in between 2 meals. Once I got my meal my partner had finished and the meat was raw and undercooked. I ordered medium upon recommendation and it was clearly not cooked and my meal was clearly forgotten about not cooked. Quality of the cut was very poor and very fatty however I expected some fat but it was far too much and ruined the meal. Upon our complaints the staff were extremely rude and did not care at with very bad customer service. No compensation offered not even an apology they shoved the card machine in your face and turned away. Manager was extremely rude. Once we had paid in full, they did not even have decency to thank us. Also looking at all the other reviews they reached the...
