Magnus Playa Bistro — Restaurant in Ibiza

It is a shame you cannot give 0 stars on here for service. To describe the service as poor would be an understatement. Despite the food being merely average, the other elements of this lunch were atrocious. Between the excessively lip implanted waitress and the cook who spent most of the time talking to staff it took more then an hour for a pasta dish and a pizza to come. Mainly down to the waitress (with the lip filler) who forgot the order ,after being told 3 times, by the kitchen within a couple of seconds. The staff spent most of the time on lunch breaks and gave no indication of where the food was. One male member of staff did an average job at catering and another older female staff member did apologise at the end with the meal. However, the waitress who was speaking to a friend, who didn’t work there, left halfway through is the main reason why I am writing this review. Realistically this place should be rated 2.5 stars and i would only recommend if you want to wait more then an hour...

Great location overlooking the beautiful Platja de ses Figueretes and reasonable prices, catered for vegan with the veggie paella and the Beyond Meat Burger. I had the burger as I was alone and the veggie paella was for two people. However I think I could've just about eaten a portion for two when I saw the other versions coming out because I was really hungry and I can eat a lot lol. I opted for the Vegan burger which I thought should be ok, be I was really suprised that this was actually extremely good! I think the super fresh and tasted red onion and beautiful red succulent tomatoes and toasted bun made it just pop and the fires were some of the best I've ever had, I could've eaten another portion. I had a classic sangria to wash it down which was delicious! Will go back when I return and have a veggie...

We were served by a girl who took our order for both food and drinks, we got our drinks and around 30 mins later still no food, the male waiter asked us if we would like more drinks, we mentioned we didn’t have our food although we ordered more drinks, the place was dead, the girl didn’t put our order through and the male waiter apologised, it came 5 mins later, the food wasn’t great. The waiter guy then forgot one of the drinks after asking 3times. We were then asked to move our table forward for a new table behind us that wasn’t convenient and there was more than enough room for them to enter. The bill then took over 20 mins to come when we asked the guy tried to get us to stay longer and offered shots on the house but didn’t come back with the bill. Wouldn’t recommend this place poor service and the food...
