Restaurante Biarritz — Restaurant in Jaca

We were enticed in to this restaurant as it has vegan and vegetarian options, it turns out the vegan options had changed and the menu online is out of date but we decided to try it. Due to Covid they have the cutlery and napkin in a sealed pouch on the table, much to my disgust I opened mine to find a bloodied tissue inside, when we asked to change the waiter stuffed it in his apron and continued to serve the restaurant without washing or sanitising his hands. After ordering vegan and vegetarian food, they plonked a plate of meat pate and crackers on our table - it felt like they didn’t consider us at all. The food took 50mins to arrive and was worse then the food we had made camping while trekking in the Pyrenees, bland, basic and absolutely no flavour. The vegan dish of noodles was also steeped in butter, assumed to be non-vegan. There are so many better places and we paid a high price for choosing...

De nada sirve que tengas una buena cocina si no tienes trato al cliente, fuimos a cenar mi pareja y yo y la verdad que la comida muy buena pero el TRATO del camarero que nos atendió ha sido bastante regular, mi pareja ya había estado allí muchas veces y fui con bastante ilusión ya que me hablaba maravillas del lugar, en primer lugar cuando estábamos haciendo la fila nos mira y nos pregunta el camarero que si éramos solo dos y “eso” refiriéndose al perro de esa manera, le preguntamos si podíamos estar en la terraza con nuestro perro ( un American Staffords) nos colocaron en una mesa en el medio y el perro se acerco a una de las mesas de al lado, nos percatamos y lo colocamos más corto para que no molestase pero que el perro se acercó a saludar, el mismo mesero para ser más ser específica el moreno, nos llamó la atención de una manera que estuve a punto de levantarme de la mesa, diciéndonos que iba a decirle a sus compañeros que no admitiesen perros porque básicamente molestaban mucho, le dije que no estaba haciendo nada malo, que simplemente estaba saludando a la mujer que teníamos al lado, y siguió diciéndonos lo mismo, bastante borde y maleducado, nos sentimos incomodisimos, y el tipo diciéndonos todo esto delante de la gente. Yo entiendo que existe gente que no le gusten los animales, pero hay muchas maneras de decir las cosas y la verdad es que por esta razón no volvería al restaurante, nos hemos ido a comer y cenar fuera en muchísimas ocasiones con nuestro perro y jamás nos había pasado algo así.
