Cafetería El Secreto — Restaurant in Jaca

I love coming to this bar. It is located in a very central part of the city, so it's close to everything fun. Surrounded by other stores and restaurants, the little plaza it's in still remains relatively calm when you're hanging here. Staff are super nice, drinks are fairly priced, and their tapas are very good (I specially recommend the chorizo ration and the croquetas). Whenever I'm in town, I for sure come here several evenings per week. Awesome...

Difficult to understand why the lack of motivation by the staff, customers invisible with waiters chatting to each other and avoiding eye contact with customers. With odd. When you do order they tend not to listen to you and get the order wrong, by not listening I mean you are talking to them and they are looking at a blank wall or...

Hemos ido bastantes veces al local, la comida no es ninguna maravilla, pero la ubicación y la terraza merecían la pena. Digo hemos ido, porque a pesar temporadas en Jaca, no vamos a volver a ir. La ultima que vez que fuimos dos parejas con varios niños nos dejaron sin cenar. Porque, aunque ellos dicen que no reservan, nos ofrecieron guardarnos mesa a una hora prudencial. Cuando llegamos, ni mesa ni nada. Los camareros maleducados no, lo siguiente. Nos tuvieron esperando más de 45 minutos, mientras acomodaban, sin reservar a otros clientes menos molestos (esa noche había negocio). Después de más de una hora, no nos habían sacado ni los bocadillos para los niños ,que no aguantaban más. En varias ocasiones se lo reclamamos a los camareros, pero su mala educación iba en aumento. Decidimos irnos, pagamos la consumición y pretendían, de muy malas maneras que pagásemos parte de la cena. Trato pésimo, te ceban a cacahuetes para que consumas, comida del montón.
