Chimole Burgers — Restaurant in La Línea de la Concepción

The first place I could have awarded six stars and for two reasons, of which one is a GOURMET:

1. I came with my wife and two young sons a (too) late Saturday evening when all our first choices (based on Reviews) were all taken with lots of people waiting for a table. Chimole was also full, but we were lucky no one was in line and a table became free when we arrived. Despite the business for the kitchen and waiting staff, the service by the young guy was absolutely excellent where HE immediately corrected a couple of mistakes WE did, like the kids dropping cutlery etc, and was sorry for a wait-time that was still less than what could be expected a very busy night.

2. what would really be the gourmet reason for coming here was the Gitadana(?) burger. I’m 51years and have eaten thousands of burgers across all of US and Europe in my life, but this was by far the best I’ve ever had. If I remember the contents, I know prt of it was caramelized onions with ”Pedro Jimenez” which I assumed was a sauce. When telling one of the waiters of the fantastic taste he responded it’s good but his own favorite was the ”Trufada” and apprently our eyes missed it on the menu as we enjoy truffles on eg pizza a lot so would likely have ordered it. We thought we possibly could extend our stay to try it, too, but alas have to leave La Linea. Having said this, the other burgers, ”Chipotle” and ”La Cream” we tried...

NOT RECOMMEND!!! I ordered from here a few days ago and spent over €60 only for a hamburger to arrive RAW!!!!!! (It was for my 11years daughter! Luckily she only took one bite and then just said “I don’t like it” (again luckily my wife checked the burger only to see it HARD AND RAW!

We told the restaurant only for them to say “Lo siento” which means “I’m sorry” absolutely DISGUSTING!!!

Absolutely doesn’t surprise me that people of such “Gente de baja calidad” (Low cultured people) any “DECENT” person or restaurant would have apologised dramatically and done whatever posible to keep the client happy.

People with this disgusting mentality will NOT LAST IN...

We tasted different dishes and they were all so good and tasty. You felt the love put in the food. We ordered chicken Kentucky and the kids loved it we also ordered three different Tacos and they were also so good. BUT, the hamburgers (ordered three different types of hamburgers) especially, La Gaditana was mind blowing. I have eaten hamburgers all over but this one was melting in the mouth. The stuff were nice and very cheerful. I strongly recommend this place... Simply...
